Christian Myland is the new CEO of the Polysius Business Unit of thyssenkrupp Decarbon Technologies. He brings over 16 years of corporate experience to his new position. In addition he has held various roles and management functions in Germany and abroad, including at thyssenkrupp Steel Europe AG, thyssenkrupp Steel Americas, and in thyssenkrupp's automotive business. Over the past seven years, he served as CFO and then as CEO for five years at Uhde High Pressure Technologies (UHPT).

Irene Ratshibaya is the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of thyssenkrupp Polysius. She has extensive experience in financial management, auditing and leadership. Most recently, she held high-level positions at Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy, including CFO for the Onshore Northern Europe Middle East region. There she played a key role in the implementation of strategic initiatives and supported the CEO in financial matters.

Kelly Truax has been Chief Service Officer (CSO) of the Polysius Business Unit of thyssenkrupp Decarbon Technologies since 1 April 2024. His professional career has been closely linked to thyssenkrupp for more than 20 years. Since joining thyssenkrupp Elevator North America as Branch Manager in 1999, Kelly Truax has held various management positions for the lift specialist in the USA and the Greater Asia Pacific Region, particularly in the service business. Most recently, he was Global Head of Digital and Field Tools for TK Elevator.
