PROSPECT HEIGHTS NEIGHBORHOOD DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL

The Prospect Heights Neighborhood Development Council (PHNDC) works under an agreement with the New York City Department of Transportation (DOT) to sponsor this community-led initiative as part of DOT's Open Streets program. In addition to receiving funding from DOT, the Prospect Heights Open Streets program is funded by the New York City Department of Small Business Services (SBS), corporate sponsors, individual donors, and participating local businesses.
