Richard joined Procare in February 2020. As the Director of Compliance, he is responsible for making sure that the organisation develops and maintains good corporate and clinical governance. Richard started his career as a Nurse, and worked primarily in the field of HIV. He then moved into governance and operations roles, and led a varied career, managing nursing teams, acting as deputy divisional director at St Thomas' hospital and working to integrate community services in Lambeth and Southwark. He was also a member of the South East London Sexual Health Modernisation initiative which integrated sexual health and family planning services.
