Aidan O'Connor - SVP

With over a decade's experience in strategic communications and reputation management, Aidan helps market-leading businesses across asset management, professional sports and entertainment develop and execute brand strategies that generate bottom-line impact. As a Senior Vice President at Prosek Partners, Aidan co-founded and scaled the company's Sports Business practice. There, he works with investors, owners, and operators, helping them refine corporate narratives, engage key audiences, create compelling content, optimize public positioning, and navigate crises. Aidan's insights have been published in Sportico, Sports Business Journal, AdAge, and PRWeek. He has served as a strategic advisor to various sports, media and entertainment companies including Zone7, UFC and KASAI Elite Grappling Championships. Before moving to the United States, Aidan was a consultant at Chime Communications' real estate and government policy practice in London. Aiden Woglom - Managing Director

Aiden Woglom is a Managing Director at Prosek Partners, where he supports clients through multi-stakeholder communications programs in event-driven, financial and crisis situations. He has extensive special situations experience, having advised companies around M&A, shareholder activism, proxy contests, litigation, crisis communications and IPOs/spin-offs. Aiden's engagements include advising Fiserv in its $22 billion acquisition of First Data, FMC Technology in its $13 billion merger with Technip, American Tower in its $10 billion acquisition of CoreSite, Tech Data in its $6 billion sale to Apollo and subsequent $7.2 billion merger with SYNNEX, and Latch in its $1.6 billion listing on the Nasdaq through a SPAC transaction with Tishman Speyer Properties, among others. In addition, he has provided long-term investor and public relations support to a range of large- to mid-cap clients, including Bath & Body Works, Host Hotels & Resorts, Motorola Solutions, Oshkosh Corporation and Verizon. Alex Jorgensen

Alex Jorgensen leads Prosek's investor relations advisory practice, bringing diversified investor relations and corporate communications experience spanning the financial services, media and entertainment, technology, healthcare and life sciences industries. Alex has advised on over 35 go-to-market transactions across IPOs, Spins, SPACs and traditional M&A. In 2020, Alex was named to the National Investor Relations Institute's 40-Under-40 list recognizing impactful IR professionals, and he currently sits on the committee of its New York NextGen chapter. A seasoned consultant, Alex previously served in foundational roles at Ellipsis and Edelman's Financial Communications and Capital Markets group as part of their growing investor relations teams. For both firms, he developed and executed investor relations programs and advised on IPO, SPAC, M&A, executive transition, and shareholder activism defense engagements. Alex began his financial communications career in ESG, working with Temasek Management Services, Stewardship Asia Centre, the Singapore Exchange (SGX), and the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) to develop the inaugural stewardship code for institutional investors in the market. Alex earned two master's degrees from Syracuse University - an MS in Public Relations and an MA in International Relations. Both programs are top ranked in the United States. Alexis Donofrio - SVP

Andy Merrill

Andy Merrill brings nearly 20 years of strategic financial communications experience to Prosek, with a focus on transaction communications and issues and crisis management working with some of the world's leading corporations. Prior to joining Prosek, Mr. Merrill was a Senior Managing Director at Teneo, a global strategic consultancy where he counseled CEO's and boards of directors in the areas of corporate strategy, business operations, media and investor relations, corporate and executive reputation management, transaction communications and other special situations. Prior to Teneo, Mr. Merrill was the US Chief Executive Officer of Finsbury, a financial communications firm based in London. Mr. Merrill led the successful build out of Finsbury's US office focusing on domestic and cross-border transaction communications, financial media and investor relations, shareholder activism approach and defense, and crisis communications. Mr. Merrill led the ultimate merger of Finsbury's US office with Robinson Lehrer Montgomery. Prior to Finsbury, Mr. Merrill led Edelman's thirty-person global financial communications practice, which he joined from Abernathy MacGregor, a strategic financial communications consultancy where he was a partner and Managing Director. Prior to Abernathy Mr. Merrill was in finance, serving as an investment banker at UBS and as both a senior commercial banker and the head of investor relations for The Bank of New York. Mr. Merrill is a graduate of Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut and has an MBA in finance from Columbia University in New York. He is Chairman of the Board of the Stamford Hospital Foundation in Stamford, Connecticut and a Member of the Board of Directors of USRowing and the Boards of Trustees of the USRowing Foundation and Row New York.

Anne Swan

A prominent figure in the industry, Anne has led global branding programs in virtually every sector and has received international recognition for her work. She has been quoted by media regarding branding and design issues and has spoken at conferences on topics ranging from the influence of brand on talent, to how brands need to adapt to today's fast paced environment and why simpler experiences matter. Beatrice Broderick

Bea Broderick has spent nearly 15 years in communications, working for clients across industries including technology, financial and professional services. Brian H. Schaffer

Bryan Darrow

Carleton English - SVP

Carleton is a Senior Vice President at Prosek. Prior to joining Prosek in 2024, she spent a decade working as a financial journalist in New York appearing on television, print, and online. Her most recent role was at Barron's, where she covered hedge funds and the big banks. She was also a panelist and fill-in anchor for the Barron's Roundtable, airing weekly on Fox Business. During her time at Barron's she covered the economic impacts of the coronavirus pandemic and the upheaval in the banking sector during the spring of 2023. She regularly interviewed executives from the nation's largest banks and asset managers. Before joining Barron's she was the hedge fund reporter for the New York Post, where she routinely broke news on activist situations and key players in the hedge fund industry. She credits her time at the Post for honing her skills for finding what makes a great story. Carleton has also worked for TheStreet and CNBC. During her career in journalism, Carleton frequently moderated panels during Barron's live events as well as at the SALT Conference and the iConnections Global Alts Conference. Journalism wasn't always Carleton's career. She worked as a credit and pricing analyst with LEAF Financial in her native Philadelphia. Three thousand miles later, she found her passion for financial education when she started working for Laird Norton Tyee in Seattle (now Laird Norton Wetherby) as a Client Service Associate. In addition to assisting high-net-worth families with their financial planning needs, Carleton also developed a financial literacy curriculum for Laird Norton clients that was also used in Seattle public schools. Carleton is a graduate of George Washington University, where she studied International Affairs and Anthropology and spent a semester in Buenos Aires.

Caroline Gibson

Caroline Gibson is an experienced financial, consumer and professional services PR practitioner with 20 years' experience working for some of the world's largest financial organizations. Prior to joining Prosek, she worked for The Royal Bank of Scotland Group in London as a media relations manager. She was responsible for promoting the NatWest brand, one of the UK's largest banks, and regularly acted as a company spokesperson in the media on major issues. She has also held PR and brand management positions with HSBC and Red Bull. Since joining Prosek, she has led both financial services and professional services accounts and specializes in building the profile of firms that have a transatlantic or global presence. Caroline is an active member of the Arthur Page Society's Page Up organization, where she serves as Chair of the board. She is also a board trustee for the Institute of PR. In 2013, Caroline was selected as one of PR Week's 40 Under 40. Caroline graduated from Leeds Metropolitan University in the UK with a B.A. in Event Management and has an M.A. in Corporate Communications from Sheffield Hallam University.
