Adrian is our Customer Services Director ensuring projects are delivered on-time and as specified. Adrian oversees resourcing for all customer implementations and rollouts, support request management and project delivery. His efforts help drive our high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Bernadette has 20+ years' WMS experence and joined Brentech Data Systems in 1997. Bernadette deploys, upgrades & manages AWARDS ERP & WMS software technology for our Healthcare & Pharmaceuticals customers and provides front-line support for all AWARDS users.
Bill has been our Chief Technology Officer since 2003 and oversees the strategic development of our In-DEX WMS product suite. With his team, Bill keeps track of customer requirements and associated emerging technologies to ensure our innovative solutions remain leading-edge.

Declan has 16+ years' Distribution & ERP/WMS systems development experience using Microsoft .NET & Progress OpenEdge. He managed Brentech Data Systems' ERP .NET platform migration & launched Brentech's online customer help-desk. Declan is also skilled in Agile methodologies.

Jacky joined the business in 1993, has overseen 150+ installations and manages all aspects of Customer Support. Previously, Jacky was IT Manager then Warehouse Manager at a leading 3PL business managing the delivery of a new WMS Warehouse Management System.
Joe is our Sales Director and joined in 2004. He oversees all aspects of new customer acquisition and relationship management. Joe has a wealth of multi-sector 3PL & Supply Chain industry WMS and associated technology experience, including detailed operational knowledge.

Mark is Development Operations Director responsible for standardising our project delivery approach & ensuring effective management, adequate resourcing and client-side delivery. Mark assists in product testing, project delivery & technical scoping assuring delivery of the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
Mike brings 25+ years' product development experience including positions at Proteus & Sanderson (Aptean). Mike designs & deploys high-reliability, scalable systems across 3PL warehouse, Supply Chain, ERP & finance platforms and is a Progress OpenEdge & Agile, Waterfall & Scrum methodologies expert.
Peter has over 30 years' experience in software development and provides invaluable technical knowledge and support to help drive our business growth, maintaining the high levels of customer service enjoyed by our many longstanding 3PL & Supply Chain industry customers.

Rob is Head of Marketing managing brand and product communications. Rob's expertise includes Product Marketing and Business Development via starts-ups, SMBs and technology leaders including Cisco, Nortel & Motorola. Rob launched SaaS call centre platform G-Cloud, (Genesys-in-the-cloud) at ProtoCall One.
Sharon holds dual roles as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer managing day-to-day activities. Sharon's background includes 11 years as Financial Controller with a leading full-service distributor where her responsibilities included project managing the introduction of a major ERP system.
