Amanda J. Robinson

Amanda joined our team as an intern in 2007 when she was still in high school and worked part time as an administrative assistant through her college years. Her background in writing and her attention to detail led to a full time position as legal assistant in May of 2015 when she graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a B.S. in Mass Communications with a concentration in Journalism. As a legal assistant, she drafts and prepares correspondence, pleadings, motions and discovery for criminal, traffic, and domestic cases. Amanda is a dedicated team player and lends a hand wherever it is needed. She assists the Firm Administrator with accounting requests, is responsible for document and file control, and conducts in-house training for administrative procedures. In her spare time, Amanda loves horses and spends time at the horse stable or with family and friends. She enjoys reading and watches football every Sunday. Go Peyton Manning!

Edward K. Nickel

Eddie earned his B.A. from Tulane University in 2000 and his J.D. from the Marshall-Wythe School of Law at the College of William and Mary in 2007. He is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia and the District of Columbia. Eddie began practicing law in 2008 after serving as a Judicial Law Clerk at the Richmond Circuit Court. Eddie spent 11 years in public service, first as an Assistant Commonwealth's Attorney in Dinwiddie County for three years before serving as a prosecutor for the City of Richmond for nearly eight years. Eddie has handled several notable homicide cases, as well as dozens of jury trials and hundreds of bench trials, including DUI's, property crimes, traffic cases, domestic relations, drug offenses and violent crimes. Eddie's practice concentrates on defending traffic and criminal cases, as well as family law advocacy and representing plaintiffs in personal injury matters. He is a member of the Virginia State Bar, the Virginia Bar Association, the Richmond Bar Association, and the Henrico County Bar Association.

Janna L. Czajkowski

Janna came to Parcell, Webb & Baruch, P.C. in October, 2017, as plaintiff personal injury paralegal. She holds 3 years of experience in the field, with the unique perspective of bringing 7+ years of auto insurance industry claims experience to her work. This specific experience has given Janna extensive knowledge and insight into proper case development and claims investigation. She brings a breadth of knowledge in case evaluation, case development and case management. She specializes in reviewing medical records and liens, providing summaries and chronologies, drafting demands, pleadings, and the preparation of settlement statements. She also takes pride in her ability to develop each client case uniquely instead of using a cookie cutter mentality. Janna is passionate about taking care of the Firm's clients as if they were family. This includes ensuring that each client understands what to expect from the beginning to the end of their case and being available to them for any questions or needed assistance. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her family, to include her two Boston Terriers. She loves music and taking in a concert whenever she can. She also is a devoted New York Mets and Washington Capitals fan. She is new to the Richmond area and hopes to partake in the vast array of culture and entertainment options that the city has to offer!

Jayna M. Kiracofe

Jayna joined Parcell, Webb & Baruch, P.C. in June 2018 as a skilled plaintiff personal injury paralegal. She began her journey as a family law file clerk in 2000 and steadily advanced into a paralegal position. She has extensive knowledge and experience in claims investigation, case development and case management. She specializes in reviewing medical records, providing summaries and chronologies, drafting demands, pleadings, motions and discovery, and the preparation of settlement statements. She has accumulated a variety of accomplishments during the course of her career that have added to the breadth of her experience and knowledge. Notably, Jayna graduated from J. Sargent Reynolds with an Associate of Applied Science in Paralegal Studies with specialization in litigation in 2009, served on the Richmond Paralegal Association's Board of Directors in 2011 and served as their second Vice President and was awarded their Paralegal of the Year honor in 2012. In her spare time, Jayna enjoys spending time with her family, three god-children, friends, and her dog, Maksim. She volunteers at Beach Community Grange #958 in Chesterfield County, VA. She is an avid traveler and has visited countries such as Scotland, Ireland, England, The Bahamas, Honduras, and Mexico.

Karen C. Farrar

Karen came to Parcell Webb & Baruch, P.C. in January, 2003, as an experienced plaintiff personal injury paralegal. With over twenty-five (25) years of experience, Karen has extensive knowledge and experience in claims investigation, case development and case management. She specializes in reviewing medical records, providing summaries and chronologies, drafting demands, pleadings, motions and discovery, and the preparation of settlement statements. Throughout her years with Parcell Webb & Baruch, P.C., Karen has consistently demonstrated her passion for helping clients. She has visited numerous clients, listened to heartbreaking stories and worked very hard to help them get their lives back on track. Due to her down-to-earth demeanor and genuine compassion, many of her clients remain close friends after our representation is concluded. She is genuinely liked by everyone and her co-workers love her sense of humor. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her family, planning parties and watching football. All of her family and friends get her to coordinate their parties and weddings. She is a devoted Dallas Cowboys fan and enjoys an ongoing rivalry with her husband, who is a Redskins fan.

Peter B. Baruch

Peter earned his B.A. from Denison University in 1989 and his J.D. from the T. C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond in 1992. He has been admitted to practice in all courts in the Commonwealth of Virginia, as well as the United States District Court (Eastern District of Virginia) and the United States Court of Appeals (Fourth Circuit). Peter began practicing law in 1992 and spent 12 years in public service. After spending two years as an Assistant Public Defender, Peter prosecuted for two years in the City of Petersburg and served as an Assistant Commonwealth's Attorney for eight years in Henrico County. During his 10 years of prosecuting, Peter was appointed as a Special Assistant United States Attorney and handled complex Grand Jury drug investigations and felony and misdemeanor cases of every variety. Peter joined the firm in 2006 and became a partner in 2015. Peter's practice concentrates on defending criminal and traffic cases, as well as representing plaintiffs in personal injury matters. He is a member of the Virginia State Bar Association, the Richmond Criminal Bar Association, and the Henrico County Bar Association.

R. Jane Anderson

Jane is originally from Greenville, N.C. where she graduated from East Carolina University with a B.S. in Elementary Education. She joined Parcell, Webb & Baruch, PC in June, 2004 and retired in June of 2014. She began as receptionist; however, with her careful attention to detail, superior writing ability, and knack for grasping legal concepts, she progressed to legal assistant, paralegal, and accounting assistant. Throughout her years with the firm, Jane has done it all. She is a true team player who pitches in and lends her expertise wherever it is needed. Jane retired in June 2014 but returned from retirement to assist with accounting and administrative functions for the firm. Jane enjoys her semi-retirement traveling with friends and spending time with her children and grandchildren. She loves to read and is an avid basketball fan. Go Tarheels!

Sherri Sledd Holt

Sherri joined Parcell Webb & Baruch, P.C. in March, 2004, as Firm Administrator and she has been our "go to" person ever since. She is responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the law firm including general office management, financial management, human resources management, information technology management, business development, strategic planning, marketing, special events and client services. She works closely with all of the attorneys and staff, ensures that the office runs smoothly and efficiently, and identifies and responds to the changing needs of the firm. She is an active member of the Association of Legal Administrators and served on the board of directors of the Richmond Chapter from 2005-2013 as Vice President, President Elect, President, and Immediate Past President. She has also served on the Business Partner Committee, Community Connections Committee, Nominating Committee, and has co-chaired the Annual Statewide Retreat. In her spare time, Sherri enjoys spending time with family and friends. She raises funds for charity and volunteers at the Hospital Hospitality House and the Community Kitchen. She is always smiling, always cheerful and always has a kind word of encouragement for others.

Steven K. Webb

Steve was born and raised in Richmond, VA., graduating from St. Christopher's School in 1972. He received his B.A. in 1976 from the College of William and Mary and his J.D. from T.C. Williams School of Law in 1979. He was admitted to the Virginia State Bar the same year. Steve has been admitted to all State Courts of Virginia, the United States District Court (Eastern District), the United States Fourth Circuit of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. He is currently a member of the Virginia State Bar, the Henrico bar, and the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, and he has been a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association and the National Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys. Steve is a founding partner of Parcell, Webb & Baruch, P.C. and has been in private practice for over 35 years. Steve practices soley in the areas of personal injury, criminal and traffic defense.

William H. Parcell, III

Buddy earned both his B.S. and M.S. from Virginia Polytechnic Institute. In 1979 he received his J.D. from T.C. Williams School of Law and was admitted to the Virginia State Bar the same year. He has been admitted to all State Courts of Virginia, the United States District Court (Eastern and Western Districts) and the United States Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. In 1979 Buddy began 15 years of public service employment with the Commonwealth Attorney's Offices of both the County of Henrico and the City of Richmond where he served as Commonwealth's Attorney and as Assistant United States Attorney. He was one of the original prosecutors in the Commonwealth Attorney's first Multi Jurisdictional Grand Juries that investigated nationwide drug cases, drug gangs and murder gangs. Buddy joined the firm in 1994 and became a partner in 1998. He is currently a member of the Virginia State Bar, the Henrico Bar Association and the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association. He is a former member of the Richmond Bar Association and served as President of the Richmond Criminal Bar Association. Buddy's emphasis is on personal injury, criminal, and traffic defense.
