Devin Kassi is the Vice President of Family Home Health and Three Rivers Hospice a division of Quality Life Services. Devin received her Bachelors of Science in Rehabilitation, Masters of Physical Therapy, and Doctor of Physical Therapy from Youngstown State University. Throughout her career, she has been an operational, clinical and financial leader in the post-acute health care system, including Home Health, Hospice, Outpatient, and Skilled Nursing.
Chief Quality Officer and one of the partners of Quality Life Services. She joined the family business in 2000. She holds dual Bachelor degrees from Duquesne University and became a licensed Nursing Home Administrator in 2005. Prior to assuming the CQO role, Mary Susan held roles in Marketing, Business Development and the facilitation of Special Projects.

Michael Sirott has been with QLS for 5 1/2 years in various roles. He is now the Corporate Compliance Officer for Quality Life Services. Mike earned his Juris Doctorate from George Washington University National Law Center in Washington D.C., and has dedicated his legal and compliance career working on behalf of healthcare providers.
Joined Quality Life Services as COO in 2019 with over 30 years experience of working in long-term care. His career started out working in social work and admissions in a skilled nursing facility. Paul transitioned to a Regional Vice President of Operations at Genesis Healthcare System where he worked for over 26 years. Paul also serves as a member of the Pennsylvania Health Care Association
Chief Executive Officer and one of the partners in Quality Life Services family of companies. The Tack family entered the healthcare business in 1973 and Steven joined his grandparents, parents, aunt and uncle in the business in 1989. Since then, he has held multiple positions until the 3rd generation assumed operational leadership in 2009 and he was named CEO.
Chief Administrative Officer and a third generation owner of Quality Life Services. Susie joined the family business after spending the first decade of her career in the Steel Industry. In 2002 she followed her heart and her heritage back to the business in which she was raised. Since then, she has found both her passion and purpose in human capital. Susie now oversees personnel services for approximately 1500 QLS family members.
Toni earned her LPN license at the Indiana County Vocational Technical School in 1989. In 2002, she attended the Westmoreland Community College for her Registered Nurse (RN) licensure. Her entire career has been in long-term care and she has held multiple positions including Director of Nursing, Clinical Services Specialist and Director of Clinical Services. She was inspired to become a geriatric nurse by watching her close family member suffer from Alzheimer Disease and recognizing the impact that the disease had on her entire family.
