After managing the Sheffield Scout and Guide shop and after updating and rejuvenating the outlook of the shop Tony received a redundancy!
Having been in scouting for 50 years Tony decided the time was right to set up on his own as there was a market for camping and outdoor eqiupment both to individuals and camp sites and Providore Trading was established in 2003. Tony is still very much involved in scouting at grass roots level in North Yorkshire.
Having been in Scouting for over 28 years, and still actively involved in Scouting at grass roots level in North Yorkshire, Barbara joined Providore Trading at its inception. Within the Company she is responsible for sales support and website administration.
Thus Barbara ensures that Providore Trading provides an attractive "shop window" for Interent shoppers!
