Adam Markson is a Partner at Accenture. Responsible for Finance, Risk and Regulatory consulting and technology for capital markets and banking in the UK.
Adam is also responsible for Accenture's global capital markets finance and risk industry programme.

Adarsh Sarma is based in London and co-heads the European business. Prior to this, he led the Technology investment activities in Europe. Mr. Sarma joined Warburg Pincus as a Principal in 2005 in New York, where he was responsible for leading the firm's Payments and Education related investing. Mr. Sarma is currently a Director of The AA, Fortius and Inspired Group. Since joining Warburg Pincus, Mr. Sarma has been involved with numerous investments including Visma, FIS/Metavante, InComm, EFS, Avaloq, Accelya, Bridgepoint Education, Liaison International, Stratford, NEOGOV, Wall Street Systems, ACAMS and MLM Information Services among others. Mr. Sarma also serves on the Board of Pratham USA, one of India's largest not for-profit organizations. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Sarma worked at ChrysCapital, an Indian private equity fund, and prior to that Radiowave, a technology start-up funded in part by Warburg Pincus and McCown De Leeuw, a middle market private equity fund. Mr. Sarma received a B.A. from Knox College, Phi Beta Kappa and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.
Ed is a partner at AlbionVC where he has been investing since 2004. With a particular focus on digital B2B companies in the cloud services, data analytics and cybersecurity sectors, Ed oversees many technology investments at Albion.
Alexon has more than 20 years' experience helping global organisations meet their AML regulation requirements. By creating a new approach to AML monitoring, Alexon works closely with customers to build, deploy and optimise AML systems across numerous areas, including trade and correspondent bank, to reduce cost and risk. He transforms the way businesses work with data to improve compliance, investigation and KYC processes to successfully detect criminal activity, such as money laundering, human trafficking and terrorist financing.
With 30 years of experience in financial services technology, Annabelle's background includes a diverse set of financial services businesses and functions. She brings a strategic digital lens, as well as real-world experience in a highly-regulated industry, to the board room as an advisor and director. Annabelle has held C-Suite roles and led large technology teams at several global financial services firms, including CIO roles at TIAA, Bain Capital, AIG, and JPMorgan. She has also worked and lived in New York, Boston, Singapore, and Tokyo. Annabelle is currently a non-executive director on the boards of DWS Group, Stonex Group, and Triton International.
Experienced in providing financial, strategic and operational leadership to technology companies in the SME space, Arvi has spent over 20 years in the software and IT services sectors. He helps businesses build high-performing teams and scale operations in readiness for rapid growth and expansion. As an active Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) practitioner and is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, Arvi supported the business during the Series B fundraising.

Colin Bell is Chief Executive Officer, HSBC Bank plc and HSBC Europe. He joined HSBC in July 2016 and was appointed a Group Managing Director in March 2017. He held the role of Group Chief Compliance Officer until February 2021. Mr Bell previously worked at UBS, where he was Head of Compliance and Operational Risk Control. He has more than 10 years of experience in managing risk and financial crime, following 16 years in the British Army.
During his time in the Army, Mr Bell held a variety of command and staff appointments, including operational tours of Iraq and Northern Ireland, time in the Ministry of Defence, a NATO appointment and completion of the Advanced Command and Staff Course. He joined UBS Investment Bank in January 2007, becoming the Global Head of Operational Risk Control in 2011. In January 2014, he was appointed the Global Head of Compliance (Regulatory and Financial Crime Compliance) and Operational Risk Control for UBS.
Prior to joining Quantexa, Dan spent over two decades at EY, serving a range of leadership roles including Global Consulting Executive, Global Client Service Partner (Regional, Area, and Global practice builder/leader, Alliances Ecosystems leader, and various roles championing Diversity Equity Inclusivity. In his role as EY's Global Technology Consulting leader, Dan was responsible for setting global strategy for the $5 billion business and helping secure strategic client relationships and wins. Dan led over 40,000 client-serving technology, data, and cyber practitioners focused on helping deliver business transformation outcomes for EY's clients. As a previous member of the Global Consulting Investment committee, he also helped shape the firm's platform, product, and asset strategy.
Before EY, Dan served in various leadership, project management, and development roles for technology and management consulting organizations such as Arthur Andersen, Prudential Financial, Technology Solutions Company and Oxford Solutions.
Derek leads all sales and alliances activity for Quantexa, and has over 20 years' experience in helping organizations make better business decisions by unlocking the intelligence hidden in their data. Before Quantexa, Derek held other executive leadership roles in high growth analytics businesses in North America and Europe.

Eric Hirschhorn is the Chief Data Officer (CDO) of BNY Mellon. He is part of the Global Operations and Technology Executive Committee and reports to the firms CIO, Bridget Engle. As CDO, Eric is focused on digital transformation, operational efficiency, artificial intelligence/machine learning, regulation and helping the firm evolve to become data driven by design.
Before joining BNY Mellon, Eric was the Chief Information Officer for Cantor Fitzgerald and BGC Partners. Prior to Cantor, he spent several years in various senior roles on Wall Street, most recently as Managing Director of Global Fixed Income eTrading & Rates Technology at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
Prior to Bank of America, Eric was at Morgan Stanley serving as CTO of Fixed Income, at Citi where he ran Global FX technology, at Lehman where he was responsible for Global Fixed Income eTrading, and at JPMorgan Chase where he ran International Treasury technology. His professional life has taken him around the world including several years living in London. Eric is an authority on how technology drives transformation in financial markets. He has been involved in various industry working groups.
With over 21 years working in data science, Felix is experienced in designing the algorithms that drive business-critical decisions to gain real value from big data. Following his role as Head of Detica's Datalab Academy, Felix has trained and developed a team of over 75 data science experts at Quantexa.
He creates the innovative techniques behind contextual analysis and works with business experts to deploy ground-breaking solutions.
Guy Muir - Chief Legal Officer
Guy has over 15 years' experience in the software and IT services sectors internationally. At Quantexa, he develops and implements legal strategies and solutions to drive growth, streamline customer engagement and maintain regulatory compliance. Guy is a qualified solicitor and Quantexa's Data Protection Officer.
Imam has more than 31 years' experience in the IT industry and pioneered Quantexa's network analytics which has saved billions of pounds in fraud and financial crime across government, banking and insurance. He led Quantexa through two rounds of funding and is responsible for driving Quantexa's strategy to expand into new sectors and propositions, including business development and credit risk.
Over the last 13 years, Jamie has been using big data technology to uncover complex criminal activity across the financial sector. Having pioneered the concept of dynamic entity resolution, Jamie manages the R&D and cloud teams to make this a reality and ensure our product solves global real-world challenges faced by some of the world's largest organisations. Jamie has enabled the detection of multi-million-pound crash-for-cash scams, complex money laundering activity and insider fraud.

Jeff has enjoyed success in creating groundbreaking strategic asset management initiatives worldwide. Jeff is currently the Non-Executive Chairman at Universal Investment Group, a European based investment company with 506B in assets under administration and 388B in retail and institutional products. Universal Investment Group is backed by Montagu Private Equity.
Additionally, Jeff serves as a Board Director for Mercatus, a leading FinTech provider of alternative asset investment management solutions. In addition to his Board work, Jeff is a Senior Advisor within Boston Consulting Groups' Financial Institutions Practice, providing advice and coaching to BCG's clients on business strategy and transformative, effective execution, innovation, and the building of capabilities. Jeff also provides business and technology advisory support to a number of private equity firms and select various staged FinTech companies.
As the President and Chief Executive Officer of F5 Networks from 2000-2017, McAdam successfully navigated the company through the turbulent post-dot-com era, bringing F5 to profitability and positioning it for further growth. During his tenure at F5, McAdam grew the company's annual revenue from $100 million to $2 billion. He oversaw numerous successful acquisitions, guiding F5 into new and adjacent markets that enhance the company's core application delivery solution offerings. Under McAdam's leadership, F5 was added to the S&P 500-one of the world's most widely followed stock market indices.
McAdam has also received numerous leadership awards, among them Puget Sound Business Journal's 2013 Executive of the Year, Seattle Business Magazine's 2012 Lifetime Achievement Award, and Best in Business Awards' 2012 Executive of the Year, silver category. He was also named to Business Insider's 2013 list of 50 Most Powerful People in Enterprise Tech and CRN's list of Top 25 Innovators for 2012.
Prior to joining F5, McAdam served as General Manager of the Web server sales business at IBM. From January 1995 until August 1999, he was President and Chief Operating Officer of Sequent Computer Systems, a manufacturer of high-end open systems, which was sold to IBM in September 1999. McAdam holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of Glasgow, Scotland.
With 25 years-experience in the technology market, Julian has held executive roles at Oracle, Siebel, SAP, Microsoft and Salesforce. He has extensive experience in executive leadership, enterprise sales, business development, systems design, solutions architecture, development, and field integration spanning several industries, including financial services, public sector, telecommunications and utilities. Julian started his career as an engineer in Financial Services payment and corporate banking systems, implementing systems around the world based on the SWIFT message set.

Lord Evans brings a wealth of domain and executive level experience to Quantexa built on a distinguished career in the Security Service, where he rose to the position of Director General in April 2007. Following his retirement in 2013, Evans was appointed Knight Commander of the Order of the Bath (KCB) in the 2013 New Year's Honours List and was named a Cross Bench life peer in 2014, at the personal nomination of the Prime Minister for his public service. Prior to joining Quantexa, Evans held the position as a Non-Executive Director on the board of HSBC Holdings, where he oversaw financial crime risk, anti-bribery and corruption.
Lorraine is an FCIPD with over 20 years' experience in high tech, fast-paced cultures which have developed through organic and acquisition growth, including taking Zoopla Property Group through their IPO and scaling up to their sale. Lorraine's role at Quantexa covers the whole people agenda, supporting Quantexa's passion to continue to build a great culture that not only attracts and retains talent but is also an amazing place for staff to develop careers and experience.
With 28 years' experience in the IT delivery sector, Mark manages all customer projects and service delivery. Having doubled the number of data scientists, he has built an exceptional team of project managers, technical architects and team leaders to deliver Quantexa technology to clients worldwide.
He trains partner and client staff deployed on projects, whilst managing time, cost and quality. Since joining Quantexa, Mark has achieved multiple successful implementations across different sectors in several Tier 1 organisations.
Martha is a global leader with extensive financial services expertise including risk management, investment banking, regulatory supervision, ESG, and FinTech. Martha is a member of the Board of Directors of Marqeta, Inc., serving as Chair of the Nominations and Governance Committee and as a member of the Audit Committee. Martha provides advisory to FinTech companies focused on growth and scaling, and is active in advisory, mentoring and guest lecturing at several universities. Her banking experience includes senior roles at Wells Fargo, the Federal Reserve, and Santander. Martha is a Fellow of the Lauder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania and holds an MBA from the Wharton School and an MA in International Studies from the School of Arts and Sciences.

Paola has 30 years' experience of capital markets in the City of London. She covered senior management positions at Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse and State Street covering different geographies, with P&L responsibility. Since 2014, Paola has developed a portfolio of non-executive positions. She is currently on the board of BNY Mellon International (asset services), Wells Fargo Securities International (broker dealer), ARCA Fondi SGR (asset management), Arrow Global (a FTSE company active in the NPLs sector). She serves on various risk, audit and remuneration committees as part of these mandates. Paola is also the Industry Director of the Institute of Finance and Technology at UCL in London.
