Adarsh Sarma

Adarsh Sarma is based in London and co-heads the European business. Prior to this, he led the Technology investment activities in Europe. Mr. Sarma joined Warburg Pincus as a Principal in 2005 in New York, where he was responsible for leading the firm's Payments and Education related investing. Mr. Sarma is currently a Director of The AA, Fortius and Inspired Group. Since joining Warburg Pincus, Mr. Sarma has been involved with numerous investments including Visma, FIS/Metavante, InComm, EFS, Avaloq, Accelya, Bridgepoint Education, Liaison International, Stratford, NEOGOV, Wall Street Systems, ACAMS and MLM Information Services among others. Mr. Sarma also serves on the Board of Pratham USA, one of India's largest not for-profit organizations. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Sarma worked at ChrysCapital, an Indian private equity fund, and prior to that Radiowave, a technology start-up funded in part by Warburg Pincus and McCown De Leeuw, a middle market private equity fund. Alexon Bell

He transforms the way businesses work with data to improve compliance, investigation and KYC processes to successfully detect criminal activity, such as money laundering, human trafficking and terrorist financing.

Annabelle Bexiga

With 30 years of experience in financial services technology, Annabelle's background includes a diverse set of financial services businesses and functions. She brings a strategic digital lens, as well as real-world experience in a highly-regulated industry, to the board room as an advisor and director. Annabelle has held C-Suite roles and led large technology teams at several global financial services firms, including CIO roles at TIAA, Bain Capital, AIG, and JPMorgan. She has also worked and lived in New York, Boston, Singapore, and Tokyo. Annabelle is currently a non-executive director on the boards of DWS Group, Stonex Group, and Triton International.

Arvi Chana - CFO

As an active Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) practitioner and is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, Arvi supported the business during the Series B fundraising.

Colin Bell - CEO

Colin Bell is Chief Executive Officer, HSBC Bank plc and HSBC Europe. He joined HSBC in July 2016 and was appointed a Group Managing Director in March 2017. He held the role of Group Chief Compliance Officer until February 2021. Mr Bell previously worked at UBS, where he was Head of Compliance and Operational Risk Control. He has more than 10 years of experience in managing risk and financial crime, following 16 years in the British Army. During his time in the Army, Mr Bell held a variety of command and staff appointments, including operational tours of Iraq and Northern Ireland, time in the Ministry of Defence, a NATO appointment and completion of the Advanced Command and Staff Course. He joined UBS Investment Bank in January 2007, becoming the Global Head of Operational Risk Control in 2011. In January 2014, he was appointed the Global Head of Compliance (Regulatory and Financial Crime Compliance) and Operational Risk Control for UBS.

Dan Higgins

Prior to joining Quantexa, Dan spent over two decades at EY, serving a range of leadership roles including Global Consulting Executive, Global Client Service Partner (Regional, Area, and Global practice builder/leader, Alliances Ecosystems leader, and various roles championing Diversity Equity Inclusivity. In his role as EY's Global Technology Consulting leader, Dan was responsible for setting global strategy for the $5 billion business and helping secure strategic client relationships and wins. Dan led over 40,000 client-serving technology, data, and cyber practitioners focused on helping deliver business transformation outcomes for EY's clients. As a previous member of the Global Consulting Investment committee, he also helped shape the firm's platform, product, and asset strategy. Before EY, Dan served in various leadership, project management, and development roles for technology and management consulting organizations such as Arthur Andersen, Prudential Financial, Technology Solutions Company and Oxford Solutions.

Derek Brown

Eric Hirschhorn

Eric Hirschhorn is the Chief Data Officer (CDO) of BNY Mellon. He is part of the Global Operations and Technology Executive Committee and reports to the firms CIO, Bridget Engle. As CDO, Eric is focused on digital transformation, operational efficiency, artificial intelligence/machine learning, regulation and helping the firm evolve to become data driven by design. Before joining BNY Mellon, Eric was the Chief Information Officer for Cantor Fitzgerald and BGC Partners. Prior to Cantor, he spent several years in various senior roles on Wall Street, most recently as Managing Director of Global Fixed Income eTrading & Rates Technology at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Prior to Bank of America, Eric was at Morgan Stanley serving as CTO of Fixed Income, at Citi where he ran Global FX technology, at Lehman where he was responsible for Global Fixed Income eTrading, and at JPMorgan Chase where he ran International Treasury technology. His professional life has taken him around the world including several years living in London. Eric is an authority on how technology drives transformation in financial markets. Felix Hoddinott

Imam Hoque

Jamie Hutton - CTO

Jeff Conway

John McAdam

He oversaw numerous successful acquisitions, guiding F5 into new and adjacent markets that enhance the company's core application delivery solution offerings. Under McAdam's leadership, F5 was added to the S&P 500-one of the world's most widely followed stock market indices. Following his retirement in 2013, Evans was appointed Knight Commander of the Order of the Bath (KCB) in the 2013 New Year's Honours List and was named a Cross Bench life peer in 2014, at the personal nomination of the Prime Minister for his public service. Prior to joining Quantexa, Evans held the position as a Non-Executive Director on the board of HSBC Holdings, where he oversaw financial crime risk, anti-bribery and corruption.

She is currently on the board of BNY Mellon International (asset services), Wells Fargo Securities International (broker dealer), ARCA Fondi SGR (asset management), Arrow Global (a FTSE company active in the NPLs sector). She serves on various risk, audit and remuneration committees as part of these mandates. Paola is also the Industry Director of the Institute of Finance and Technology at UCL in London.
