R&L Dream Properties is a sponsor of multifamily property acquisitions. We are located in Atlanta, GA and focus primarily on acquiring properties in the southeast. Since we are located in Atlanta we tend to look primarily in the greater Atlanta consolidated metropolitan statistical area, but not exclusively... Our company began in 2018 and was initially focused on residential reconstruction (house flipping) in the Chattanooga, TN area. Our plan from the beginning was to ultimately migrate into the commercial real estate space, specifically multifamily acquisitions. And after our relocation to Atlanta in March, 2021 that's what we did... We are a commercial real estate investment company with a primary focus on acquisition and operation of apartment communities.
