Luis Bernal is Co-Founder and CEO of RSTT GmbH. He has 16 years of professional experience in research institutions and as a strategic consultant for government institutions and companies in the private sector. His areas of expertise include technology transfer and innovation management at the international level, development of business plans and the definition of an innovation portfolio and the associated exploitation concept. He also worked as a freelance business consultant in Leipzig and supported companies in Latin America and Europe in the marketing of their products and the preparation of innovation plans. With the founding of RSTT Luis Bernal wants to realise his vision of a successful market integration of project results from the various research projects. Luis Bernal graduated from the University of Piura where he earned a MSc in Industrial and Systems Engineering. He holds an MBA in Small Business Studies from the University of Leipzig. He earned his doctorate in business administration from the University of Leipzig.

Omar Torres is Key Account Manager at RSTT GmbH. He has gathered professional experience in the public and private sectors in Latin America and Europe for more than 18 years. His areas of expertise comprise the development of technology transfer models as well as the strategic constitution and expansion of international networks. As freelance corporate consultant, Omar Torres has focused especially in the internationalization of technology-based SMEs. His main objective at RSTT is to optimize the training services, the technology transfer processeses, as well as to support its internationalization course. Omar Torres is a graduated business administrator from the "Universidad Externado de Colombia" and holds an MBA from the University of Leipzig in Germany.

Werner Korb is Co-Founder and CEO of RSTT GmbH. For 15 years now, as part of his research activities, Werner Korb manages an outstanding number of projects in the field of medical technology, ergonomics and training, in particular simulation training. He has already accompanied the establishment of two institutes, the "Innovation Center Computer Assisted Surgery (ICCAS)" at the Medical Faculty of the University of Leipzig and the Research Institute "Institute for Surgical Training Technologies (ISTT)" at the University of Applied Sciences (HTWK) Leipzig. For 10 years now, Werner Korb has been doing much for the application of synthetic-based material and electronic simulation systems in surgery. Especially the combination of service (didactic) and technology (training technology) is particularly important to him, which he can now bring into practice with RSTT. He has a degree in Technical Mathematics /Computer Sciences at the Vienna University of Technology. He earned his doctorate in Medical Informatics/Medical Physics from the University of Heidelberg.
