Roger is a qualified lawyer who trained at city firm Reed and Smith. He is currently SVP & General Council for MTV Networks International & UK. He co-founded RSJ Investments.
Simon is a chartered surveyor who has worked in the property industry for 19 years and has significant experience in fund management, student accommodation and commercial property. He worked as a valuer for Donaldons and then as an investment agent in the West End for GVA. In 2005 he joined Invista Real Estate Investment management and ran a portfolio in excess of £300 million for property funds such as Clerical Medical, Halifax and St James's Place. He founded RSJ Investments with Roger James in 2010.
