Audrey is a rising senior at the University of Maryland majoring in Mechanical Engineering. Before joining Root3 Labs, she interned at an air purifier startup company and gained experience with CAD and 3d printing.
Brian is a twice graduate of the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Engineering in Robotics.

Chad founded Root3 Labs in 2012 and has over two decades of product design experience. At home and at work, he enjoys making stuff and voiding warranties and couldn't imagine doing anything else.
Christina has a zest for learning and travel. She's installed solar panels in Ghana and eaten pasta in Italy. She's also a licensed commercial sUAV pilot.
Conrad's passion for creation was first sparked using his grandfather's tools while growing up in New Jersey. This passion for building and solving problems is only rivaled by his passion for running.

Dionna has a background in administrative/ clerical work as well as order processing in a manufacturing environment. After taking some time off from school, she is currently pursuing an electrical engineering degree and hopes to work with electronics in the future.
Katie is an electrical engineering master's student at the University of Maryland, College Park. She is very interested in working with circuits and device design for biomedical applications after graduating next spring.
After discovering his love for engineering in the Project Lead the Way program at Pikesville High School, Noah decided to learn more about what a career in engineering would entail at Root3 Labs.
Rachel is a biomedical engineer with a keen interest in product development, mechanical design, and human factors. She is proficient in developing and testing medical devices from concept to manufacturing and has experience working with auto-injectors, wound closure devices and medical infusion pumps. Prior to joining Root3 Labs, Rachel worked in the Weinberg Center for Women's Health at Mercy Medical Center assisting in surgical procedures and studying the usability and function of various medical devices used in gynecologic oncology. Rachel has a passion for solving problems and creating innovative designs. She's also our resident expert in the surgical application & use of medical devices. In her free time, Rachel enjoys hiking, reading, playing piano and spending time with family and friends.

Todd is excited to be back in Baltimore. His career so far includes medical robots, irrigation pumps in Myanmar, and a healthcare app - basically anything related to practical Innovations.
Vinny is a Senior Mechanical Engineering student at the University of Maryland. His main interests are additive manufacturing and design.
