Glyn Connah - CFO

A chartered accountant with a wealth of commercial and operational experience and previously Finance Director at Big Bear Confectionery, Glyn joined Stockley's in April 2017 and is co-owner of the business. He also takes executive responsibility for all activities at our site in Hull (Chocley's)

Liz Williams - Chief Commercial Officer

Liz joined Stockley's in March 2017 as Sales Manager and brings with her 15 years' experience of the food industry across both commercial and NPD functions, dealing with branded and private label customers in multiple sectors. Following a period of sustained sales growth Liz was appointed Commercial Director with responsibility for all sales and business development activity across Stockley's and Chocley's.

Mark Adcock - Managing Director

With 25 years' experience in the food industry and previously MD of Big Bear Confectionery, Mark decided to start his own business in 2016. The acquisition of Stockley's in November 2016 was the start of an ambitious journey to build a vibrant and dynamic confectionery business focused on those fast growing and niche market segments where innovation and flexibility are key ingredients to success.

Paul Lacy

Paul joined the team in 2017 as Head of Technical, responsible for the quality & technical standards of both production sites and has worked hard to get them to the fantastic standard they are at. Paul has held several high level technical roles within the food industry throughout his career and has a wide range of experience across many food categories including savoury pastry, fresh salads and confectionery.

Sandra Fawcett - COO

Sandra joined the team in May 2020, bringing with her a wealth of experience in food manufacturing and continuous improvement. She has an MSc in manufacturing leadership and is responsible for all operational activities across our sites. Previous experience has been in the frozen, chilled and ambient sectors manufacturing both branded and private label products, most recently running a large multi-product & customer confectionery operation in the North West of England.
