Stand Up Paddling Boarding (SUP) provides a fantastic way to develop your core muscles and balance, as well as exploring the countryside from ‘a different angle'. We have a variety of SUP's (plastic and inflatable) to suit your size and ability... What we supply: We supply with a buoyancy aid, helmet (if under 18 or on MEGA SUP), wind proof top (depending on the weather). We do have a limited number of wetsuits that can be borrowed BUT we can not guarantee these are dry.
