Jason Edmonds

Aged 46 Jason has been running the lettings side of the group for the past five years. As the key liason between the group and the local University, the group have built strong links with the local housing team ensuring high standards are maintained at all times

Paul Body - Chairman

Aged 52 Paul started his own roofing business straight from school, and in the mid 1980s branched into construction . Over the past 30 years he has constructed 60 new build houses, developed over 150 properties and has evolved into one of the area's prime property experts.

Simon Pyne - Managing Director

Aged 49 After a long career in banking, Simon joined the team in 2015 to help guide the group through a new period of growth and expansion .
