Brad is a mining professional with 20 years of experience, holding an N4 Engineering Studies certificate, a Professional Certificate in Operations, and expertise in open cut and underground across various minerals, including Thermal Coal, Anthracite, Gold and Manganese operations. Building his experience from the coal face to the boardroom, he has managed operations and projects spanning feasibility, design, procurement, construction, and business transformation. As the former COO of Menar Mining Group, he oversaw safety, operational and cost performance, marketing, and logistics, and led key acquisitions. An industry leader passionate about teamwork, safety, and productivity, Brad can excel in various leadership roles across all aspects of a mining business.

Brent Tate

Brent Tate is an Australian former professional rugby league footballer who played as a centre or winger. Born in Roma, Queensland in 1982, Tate had an illustrious career despite multiple severe injuries. He played for the Brisbane Broncos, the New Zealand Warriors, and the North Queensland Cowboys in the National Rugby League. With the Brisbane Broncos, he won the 2006 NRL Premiership. Tate represented Australia internationally and was part of Queensland's State of Origin series-winning sides in 2006, 2007, 2008, 2012, and 2013. He also won the 2013 World Cup with the Australian team.

Charlie Stokes

Charlie joins the team from Ulan where he was Technical Services Manager, providing technical, business and operational support for the ongoing success of Ulan Underground Mine. Prior to this he was Ulan's Ventilation Officer responsible for implementing safe, productive and business risk improvement initiatives, including dust free seal construction and improved walk on - walk off longwall move ventilation arrangements mitigating spontaneous combustion risk. With a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) Mining Engineering degree and completion of Statutory Coal Mine Ventilation Officers Course.

Chris Wilkinson

With over 46 years' international mining experience in underground and open cut mining methods, Chris brings expertise in production, technical and management-based roles to the Talisman Technical team. In 1988, he founded Mining Consulting Services (MCS) and developed the business into an internationally renowned technical advisory company. He also pioneered the development of ProdMate® Integrated Digital Production Management system, to assist mining companies transform production optimisation through the application of process-based production improvements. Chris holds a Bachelor of Mining Engineering (Hons) and a Master in Engineering (Process).

Claire Di Corleto

Claire has been working in the fields of Occupational Hygiene and Health and Safety for 10 years, predominantly in the mining and resources sector. Claire has developed health risk assessment programs ranging from basic approaches for frontline workers through to health risk registers based around health and hygiene matrices. She has conducted audits of health and safety systems for major mining and resource companies against Regulatory Standards and codes. In addition to this, she has implemented and maintained hygiene data management systems including health and safety reporting analysis and the preparation of subsequent annual reports.

Clare Ferguson

Clare Ferguson is a former Australian international netball player who captained Australia in their 2016 Netball Quad Series and Constellation Cup victories. Raised in Warwick, Queensland, she played for the Queensland Firebirds from 2007 to 2016, contributing to their ANZ Championship wins in 2011, 2015, and 2016. McMeniman also pursued academics, earning a Bachelor of Science and a Masters in Speech Pathology from the University of Queensland. During her sporting career, she worked as a full-time speech pathologist at the Princess Alexandra Hospital in Brisbane. She retired after the 2016 Constellation Cup victory.

Clinton Barnes

As a qualified Site Senior Executive, he's successfully managed mining operations for companies such as BMA, Anglo American and Yancoal. He has a reputation for overseeing large mining operations and ensuring teams are functioning efficiently and in line with safety, HSE and production compliance. Most recently, he was SSE/Operations Manager for South32's Eagle Downs site where he was responsible for maintaining statutory compliance during the study and transition phase of the project. Prior to this, from 2017 - 2019, he was responsible for major shutdowns across seven BMA mine sites, managing major rebuilds on 28 draglines and 17 electric rope shovels.

Dan Yates

Dan brings a rich 25-year history in the mining sector, delivering operational transformations and establishing high-performing, safe workplaces. His expertise spans operations management, risk management, project management, and health and safety. As the current Managing Director at Salus International, he has shown proficiency in leading culture shifts and exceeding business goals. Previously, as General Manager of Operations at Moranbah North Mine, he improved safety, culture, and operating performance. At Millennium Mine, Dan led operations through acquisition and helped recommence open-cut mining. As Group Manager HSECT at Idemitsu Australia Resources, he was instrumental in developing an integrated risk management system.

Dave Stefani

Dave has conducted numerous studies for coal companies and financial institutions in Australia and the USA, including conceptual to final feasibility studies, life of mine business plans, due diligence investigation for both buyers and sellers, Independent Engineer for ASX listings, and design and management of exploration projects. Dave has also conducted several vent simulation studies for Australian producers and participated in several geotechnical studies

David Buttifant

He has also undertaken investigations of hydrogeological and hydrological systems both conceptually and numerically to provide practical and pragmatic input into concept and detailed designs for new open and underground mines and mine closure. He has significant experience in gas drainage activities, including managing surface to in seam drilling activities, gas well operation and maintenance and pilot drainage activities. David brings a rigorous safety mindset and strong knowledge of Queensland coal mining and petroleum and gas safety legislation developed during his years working in the coal mining industry. Julian Hoskin

Julian has degrees in Mining Engineering, Geomechanics and Business Administration. He is a business leader with over 30 years' experience in project delivery, operations management and provision of technical support. He spent the first half of his career in operational and technical roles in both underground and surface mines. Matthew brings a unique experience base having worked for operators in Technical Manager positions, as well as having worked as a Consultant for a number of years. As a result, Matt has the unique ability to pull together studies, as well as manage the operating technical aspects associated with a mine. Matthew has also worked internationally as an Operations Manager for a private coal company, as well as having worked as the Head of Mining Risk for a Global insurance underwriter.

Matthew Scott

Matthew Scott is a former professional Australian rugby league player, who was renowned as one of the best front-row forwards of his era in the Southern Hemisphere. Born on 30th July 1985, Scott played his entire 16-year career as a prop for the North Queensland Cowboys in the NRL, and also for Australia at an international level. His significant achievements include co-captaining the Cowboys to win the 2015 NRL Grand Final and 2016 World Club Challenge, and winning the State of Origin series eight times with Queensland. In addition, he achieved international success with the Kangaroos.

Michael Morgan

Michael Morgan is an Australian professional rugby league player, who represented the North Queensland Cowboys, Australia, Queensland, and the Prime Minister's XIII. Playing variously as a five-eighth, halfback, and fullback, Morgan was instrumental in the Cowboys' victories in the 2015 NRL Premiership and 2016 World Club Challenge. He also helped Australia win the 2017 World Cup. A highlight of his career was scoring a crucial try in the 2015 NRL Grand Final, tying the game and leading to a win for the Cowboys. Morgan retired in 2021 due to a shoulder injury.

Michele Timms

Millie Boyle

Millie Boyle is a dual-code international professional rugby league footballer from Australia. Boyle plays as a prop for the Sydney Roosters in the NRL Women's Premiership. She previously played rugby union as a flanker and has represented Australia in both rugby league and rugby union. Boyle, hailing from a family of professional rugby players, has won three NRLW premierships, two with the Brisbane Broncos and one with the Newcastle Knights.
