Barbara and Jim moved to Seneca Way in 2015. Barbara has been instrumental in helping start the TP Progressive Holiday Party as well as the 100 Women of Talis Care. She is on the board as Membership Chair of the Greater Naples Leadership organization. A politician at heart, she has served on the Alpharetta, GA City Council and Downingtown PA, School Board. She has experience on a 900- home HOA as Secretary as well as President of an HOA directly after turnover from the builder. She has served on numerous national and local non-profit and foundation boards.
Bruce and Lill have lived on Fairgrove Way since 2017. Bruce has over 40 years of experience as a Chief Executive Officer of a half dozen retail chains operating a total of 500 stores employing 20,000 associates in 15 states. His experience spans from high volume big-box retail chains to specialty chains in the supermarket, drugstore, home improvement and menswear venues garnering from $500 Million annually to $2 Billion annually in retail revenue. David and Kathy moved to Prato Way in 2019 after being non-resident members for three years. David is a Licensed Professional Engineer and has worked 30 years as an owner of a commercial construction and real estate development company in Indiana. Hannum also founded, grew, and sold a full-service engineering firm specializing in all aspects of civil infrastructure. From 2008 thru 2016, David was appointed by Governor Pence to be the Chairman of the Indiana State Building Commission, in charge of all aspects of public safety and building codes statewide. David is currently a trustee of his alma mater and has received several public service awards for philanthropy.
Fred and Jill moved to Brightling in 2013. Fred is a seasoned trial attorney with nearly 40 years of litigation experience. He has handled complex litigation in both the state and federal courts. Lou and Harriet have been seasonal residents in Carrara since 2016. Lou is the managing director of Texelerate, LLC, a technology transfer consultancy and founding partner emeritus of Osage University Partners (OUP.vc), a venture fund specializing in financing startup companies based on academic research discoveries. Lou has been involved in intellectual property licensing, business development, and entrepreneurial activities for 40 years. He has testified as an expert in intellectual property litigation in federal and state courts and arbitration hearings. Lou has a BA from Penn State, a teaching credential from UCSB, and masters and doctoral degrees from Teachers College, Columbia University.

Raphaelle and Joe are constructing a home in Firenze. Raphaelle is the co-founder and Chief Financial Officer of NEMA Research; she has worked in Finance for nearly 25 years and has provided financial oversight to multiple companies during her career. She is responsible for developing and executing all corporate monetary policies and the management of day-to-day financial matters. Her primary responsibilities include corporate financial reporting and control, internal and external auditing, and corporate development. Before joining NEMA, she was employed by various leading global financial institutions, including Chase Manhattan Bank.

Roland & Louise moved to Corsica in December 2018. He is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Capital Z Partners, LP, a private equity firm specializing in the financial services industry, where he has overall responsibility for all finance, accounting, administrative and investor reporting functions of the firm. Prior to joining Capital Z in 1998, Roland was an Audit Director at Deloitte & Touche LLP, where he was in charge of their Tri-State private equity audit service practice. He is a CPA and received a BBA and MBA from Pace University.
Steve and his wife Rosemary have been residents at Talis Park for over nine years. Steve served as Talis Park Golf Club as Club Captain 2019-2021.
Steve's career was with Johnson & Johnson as VP of Sales for Janssen Pharmaceutical division of J & J, VP/Sales and Marketing for their Pain/Mycology franchise and finished his career at Internal Ventures for J&J.
Steve and Ro spend the summer months at their home in Ocean City, NJ near their two children, in-laws and five grandchildren. They are also current members of Atlantic City Country Club.
