Amber Raemer

Amber has been in the field for over 25 years. She received her BA at UCI and her Masters degree at St Cloud State University. Shortly after completing her masters degree, she received her BCBA certification. This allows her to oversee behavioral services. While she was at UCI, she started working with adults with developmental disabilities. This was an incredible opportunity that provided unique insight. After a couple years she began working with children and adolescents. Positively impacting children at a young age became her passion. She has consulted with families and school districts throughout the United States providing training in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. She has two kids, a 16-year-old girl and a 13-year-old boy. Being a mom and a behaviorist has given her a unique perspective for the challenges families experience. She is passionate about what she does, and this is what sets ACG up for success! On the weekends she loves spending time with her family.

Casey Obradovitch M.S. BCBA

Casey is born and raised in Southern California and brings to The Autism Collab over ten years of experience in the field working in various positions and roles during that time. She received her Bachelors of Arts in Child Development from California State University, Long Beach and also played Division I athletics as a member of the Women's Softball Team. Casey subsequently received her Masters Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, afterwhich, she proceeded to earn her BCBA Certification. In her free time, she enjoys traveling with her husband, paddle boarding, being active outdoors and spending time with their dog Logan.

Jordan Gipson

Jordan Gipson is a passionate and hard working Aussie who has spent over 15 years in the disability field working with a large range of ages from 1 to 96. When moving to the United States he fell in love with ABA and the difference it can make in the lives of clients and their families. Jordan is a BCBA who loves a good challenge and enjoys the day to day changes of the ABA field. Starting in 2015 he has submersed himself in ABA and has had a focus on making the biggest impact possible ever since. Recently he has developed an additional passion for the training and development of staff and parents in order to fulfill his desire to create meaningful change and leaving a lasting impact. In his free time he loves to go on adventures with his wife, daughter, and pup as well as working on his passion project called AUTxcapes.

Melina Gipson

Melina Gipson is a California native who has always loved working with kids from toddlers to teens. She is a credentialed educator that fell in love with ABA and is now a BCBA. While she was teaching, she worked part time doing ABA throughout Orange County. During the pandemic, opportunity arose for Melina to fully jump into ABA and begin coursework to add to her Masters in Education. Her ultimate dream is to combine both of her worlds of education and ABA. In her free time she loves to try new foods with her hubby and babygirl as well as travel and explore different coffee shops.

Valeria Noel

Valeria Noel is originally from Caracas, Venezuela. She has been working with children for over 15 years, first as a teacher and then as a Registered Behavior Technician. She earned a master's degree in Special Education from the University of Central Missouri. She started working in the ABA field in 2016. She is bilingual (Spanish & English), but she can understand a bit of Italian and Portuguese! She loves to see the positive impact that our services have in the lives of our clients and their families. In her free time she loves spending time with her husband and her two standard poodles.
