As COO, Ann Marie oversees all aspects of firm operations to include research administration, finance, and candidate management. She joined the Lapham Group in 2002 from CONEX, where she was VP of Recruitment for this global retained executive search firm. She earned her Bachelors degree in Economics from Hunter College.
Emma oversees our office processes and procedures, with a particular focus on database development and management. She joins us from Random House where she managed event planning She bring solid writing and communication skills to the team and is a graduate of Marist College.

Kathleen has served as Director of Research with the Lapham Group since 1997 and is responsible for the development of targeted and customized research of companies and individuals as well as market and competitive intelligence. She is a former member of consulting firms Peat Marwick and McKinsey, where she focused on organization research across multiple industries to include global insurance and diversified financial services. Kate is a graduate of Hollins University and completed international relations graduate work at Princeton.
