Our counseling programs at TLC help therapy clients apply their individual therapeutic goals to the process, using a variety of therapeutic techniques. These might include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, IFS, psychodrama, ketamine therapy, art therapy, etc., depending on the practitioner you choose to work with... At TLC we also help new therapists build their dream practice, in which they can support their clients in their healing work. In the context of the therapeutic life concept, the goal is to help therapists build a practice that supports a healthy, balanced, successful, sustainable career, which becomes a part of their own therapeutic life... Our team of therapists are available to meet with you in person or via Telehealth for counseling sessions throughout Vermont. A wide variety of services are available.
