Brian is a Commerce graduate of University College Dublin and has been an investment banker for over 30 years, working in the debt capital markets with major international financial institutions in Dublin, London and Asia Pacific. A loan market specialist, he has significant experience of syndicated loans, corporate bonds, private placements, credit default swaps, structured finance and Islamic financing. As well as a debt product specialist, Brian has in-depth international industry knowledge of green energy including battery storage, offshore and onshore wind and solar energy. Other focus sectors include utilities, infrastructure as well as ESG investing. Within Trinity, Brian advises on all areas of debt restructuring.
John is a Chartered Accountant who qualified with KPMG. John held a number of senior positions within Rabobank, KBC Bank and Bank of Ireland between 1989 and 2005 and gained extensive experience in financial and accounting roles before spending over 10 years in business development and lending.
Between 2005 and 2012 John was Managing Director of Hanson Capital Management, a property group with investment and development property interests in Ireland, UK and USA and assets in excess of £500 million since 2012.
Within Trinity, John is principally involved in development of Housing and Student Accommodation, and Advisory Services.

Sean has a Masters in Finance and after graduating he spent eleven years working with Rabobank and Paribas, where Sean specialised in property finance.
In 2000 Sean left to set up Trinity Corporate and has created, invested in and sold a number of ventures over the past 23 years.
More recently Sean focused on property development and the focus was to develop and invest in property with a view to long-term value.
Sean is a consultant to Krafto Vind, a leading wind energy company in Sweden.
