Alan Harper

Developing commercial property is Alan Harper's strength. Alan is a land development consultant in Jackson County, Oregon, one of the five counties in the tribe's service area. He's a member of the city of Ashland's planning commission, and he's deeply involved in civic affairs and public service. In his consulting business, Alan helps private clients with all aspects of land-use and development planning.

Brady Scott

Brady Scott is a member of the Coquille Indian Tribe and he has worked in economic development for his tribe since 1995. He has served as a senior level executive including over a decade as the CEO of the Coquille Economic Development Corporation, the original economic development arm of the Coquille Indian Tribe. In his current position, Brady oversees business strategy and development for Tribal One businesses in the Technology and AEC service sectors. Brady earned his bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Western Oregon University.

Chris Carter

Chris Carter joined the Tribal One team in Jan 2021 where he focuses on Corporate Leadership, Strategy Development, Business Development and Construction Execution for the Southeast and Northeast Regions. As a retired Air Force Civil Engineer, Chris has vast military experience as the Executive Officer for the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Installations, Deputy Chief of the Commander's Action Group, US Air Forces in Europe and two Civil Engineer Squadron Commands where he was responsible for an active construction program that averaged $400M per year. His background within the Department of Defense allows Chris to play a critical role for Tribal One Construction's development and continue to serve the federal construction arena in the general contractor capacity. Education Chris earned a Bachelor of Science in General Engineering from the U.S. Air Force Academy Chris earned a Master of Business Administration from Webster, University in St. Louis, Missouri.

Christine Keenan

Chris has served not only MEDC but also CEDCO, ORCA Communications and Perpetua Power Source Technologies Inc. She also spent more than a quarter-century with Nordstrom Inc., rising to the level of vice president. She led innovations in inventory, merchandising and technology that brought record profits to the retail giant. She has worked as a freelance business consultant since 2005.

Craig Briggs

Construction management is Craig Briggs' specialty. He has spent more than two decades with Kiewit, one of North America's largest construction and engineering enterprises. As Kiewit's operations manager for mega-projects, he plans and directs jobs in the $500 million-plus range. Craig has a Bachelor of Arts in business administration from Oregon State University and has worked in construction for 35 years.

Dennis Worden

Having spent a decade in Washington, D.C., defending and promoting tribal access to government contracting, Dennis Worden's experience is a key asset to Tribal One, Dennis, a member of Idaho's Coeur d'Alene Tribe, is a University of Oregon graduate. As legislative director for the Native American Contractors Association, he battled on behalf of the small-business program that helps tribes secure federal contracts. Since 2016 he has led corporate social responsibility initiatives for Walmart Inc. He chairs the company's Tribal Voices project, working on recruitment, racial equity and development of Native talent.

Dr. Douglas E. Wells

Doug Wells develops, coordinates and implements plans designed to increase subsisting business and capture new opportunities. He is a member of the executive team involved in strategic marketing and operations planning where he also sets goals and identifies methods to reach those goals. Doug manages a national territory to maximize opportunities and keep a project pipeline growing by consistently adding new customers. He also leads preconstruction teams in RFP and RFI generation. Erik Sell

Jeffrey Grimm - Chairman

Jeffrey Grimm is a certified public accountant with deep experience in corporate finance. After graduating from the University of Cincinnati in 1978, Jeff spent 10 years at the prestigious accounting firm of Arthur Andersen & Co. He then shifted his career to manufacturing, spending more than 20 years as CFO of Portland Food Products Co./Gray & Co., the world's largest processor of maraschino cherries. In 2012 he moved to ENTEK International LLC, an Oregon-based international manufacturer of battery components. His experience includes mergers and acquisitions; contract negotiation; complex financing; and joint ventures.

Judy Farm - CEO

Since the 2014, Judy Farm has served as Tribal One CEO directing the work of the company's businesses and economic development team for the Coquille Indian Tribe. From 2014-2019, Judy also served as CEO of the Coquille Economic Development Corporation where she presided over the Tribe's core gaming and hospitality business. Judy also served as a project manager and executive director of special projects for CEDCO and has held positions with Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield and Nike, Inc. She serves as a member of Board of Directors for the Nasomah Health Group, Colville Tribal Federation Corporation, Kids Unlimited Academy and Southern Oregon Regional Economic Development, Inc., and is a member of the Bay Area Hospital Community Foundation Committee. Makayla Walker

Makayla Walker brings her organizational skills and knowledge of Tribal One operations to support the proposal process for Tribal One Professional Services. As a Certified Project Manager, she also manages the firm's awarded contracts and keeps ongoing contract fulfillment activities organized. Makayla has worked with Coquille Tribal businesses for six years, starting as an office manager responsible for general operations and maintaining the relationship between the corporation and its Board of Directors.

Ray Doering

Ray Doering has supported the Coquille Tribe's economic development efforts since 2004. He has used his more than 40 years of experience in corporate communication, government affairs and policy development to address the communications, marketing, planning and compliance requirements of the Tribal One corporate office and businesses operated by Tribal One and Cedars Development. Ray also serves as a project manager for grant-funded projects related to reuse planning for Ko' Kwel Wharf. Education Ray holds a B.A. (Communications) and M.A. (Political Science) from Shippensburg University. Ray completed coursework and exams for a Ph.D. (Political Theory/Public Administration) at the University of Idaho. Experience Prior to his service with the Tribe, he worked in a state program for small business/community economic development and managed corporate and marketing communication for a national retailer. Ray served as a state legislative staff member for legislative communication and for policy development as a committee director.

Sheila McCombs - CHRO

Sheila McCombs has supported Tribal One with all human resources activities, including talent acquisition and benefit administration, since 2021. Her focus on administration integration ensures that the Human Resources Department remains effective and legally compliant while working closely with the financial services team and contract administrators on matters related to its contractual clients. Prior to joining Tribal One, she worked for 20 years as Director of Contracts Administration and Human Resources for a federal government contractor. Education Sheila earned her Bachelor of Science - Business Administration (emphasis in Human Resources Management) and Minor in Communications from Regis University She earned a Master of Legal Studies degree (certificate in Employment Law) from Washington University School of Law.

Stephen Mohorko

In his business development role with Tribal One Professional Services (along with the T1K and Stewardship and Sustainability Solutions joint ventures), Stephen Mohorko empowers and elevates company performance by designing and delivering high-impact, customer centric service solutions. He provides subject matter expertise in business development processes from opportunity identification and assessment, capture, proposal management to award and performance across multi-disciplinary foci including aviation, defense, engineering, logistics, IT, environmental and other professional services. Education Stephen earned a Bachelor of Arts in Music from California State University, Sacramento. Experience Stephen is an experienced Capture Manager, Business Development and Contract Management Executive. He has 20 years extensive experience defining and implementing strategies to win federal, state, tribal and commercial contracts.

Tony Bhojwani

Tony Bhojwani joins the Tribal One team with over a decade of information technology and electronics experience. His work has focused on Department of Defense activities including nearly eight years of active duty in the U.S. Marines and Army Reserve, and as a contractor to the Space Force, Army Cyber Command and DoD Medical Command. Tony's responsibilities include management of IT operations for Tribal One and its many business entities across the nation. He also will be assisting Tribal One in fulfilling contracted information technology services. Education Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Western Governors University.
