Annette W. Jarvis is a Shareholder at Greenberg Traurig, LLP. Prior to joining Greenberg Traurig, she was a Partner with Dorsey & Whitney where she was a member of the firm-wide Management Committee and the Partner-in-Charge of Transactions. She has practiced business bankruptcy and restructuring law for over 35 years, and has extensive experience in representing financial institutions, debtors, trustees, examiners, creditors' committees, creditors, indenture trustees, equity holders, public bond holders, chapter 11 trustees and examiners, and purchasers of assets in Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases throughout the country. Annette also has substantial, successful experience in receivership cases, insurance rehabilitations and liquidations, out-of-court workouts and cross-border insolvency cases. She has been appointed as a state-court receiver, and has been retained and testified as an expert witness in a high profile international arbitration case. Annette is a Fellow of the American College of Bankruptcy and serves on the Executive Committee of the College. She has been a member of the Executive Committee of the Turnaround Management Association, and was a founding member of the Mountain/Desert IWIRC Network. Brian is head of Latin America Operations and Salt Lake City Securities Division Operations at Goldman Sachs. Prior to his retirement in 2015, Doyle L. Arnold was the vice chairman and chief financial officer for Zions Bancorporation, a bank holding company with approximately $51 billion of assets that operates approximately 500 full-service banking offices throughout the western United States. Arnold joined Zions as CFO in December 2001. Prior to joining Zions, he served in a variety of executive management positions with BankAmerica Corporation in San Francisco over a 10-year period, including group executive vice president for Corporate Strategy and Development. Prior to Bank of America, Arnold held various senior management positions at Wells Fargo & Company, including senior vice president of Corporate Strategy, general auditor and senior vice president of Strategy and Systems. Arnold also served as Senior Deputy Comptroller of the Currency and executive assistant to the Deputy Secretary of the Treasury during the Reagan Administration. He has also served as chief financial and administrative officer of Bankserv, Inc., a leading electronic payments company. Mr. Arnold received a bachelor's degree in Economics and Mathematics from Rice University in Houston in 1970. In 1976, he obtained a Master's of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Stanford University. Mr. Arnold joined the Utah Symphony | Utah Opera Board of Trustees in January 2015. He was elected to serve as one of three Vice Chairs beginning in September 2019 and is Chair of the Audit Committee as well as the Investment Committee, on which he has served since 2012. Joanne Shiebler founded Asset Communications, Inc. and was President until 2009. Prior to that, Joanne was the Vice President of Sales/Marketing and Associate Publisher of Registered Representative and Personal Investor magazines at Plaza Communications in New York. Joanne also founded Current newspapers, a chain of suburban weekly newspapers in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area, which grew to a multi-million dollar enterprise. After selling the newspapers to a national media company, Joanne worked as a business and marketing consultant for McGraw-Hill Book Company. Joanne was elected to the Utah Opera Board of Trustees in 1999 and has continued to serve on the Utah Symphony | Utah Opera Board of Trustees since the 2002 merger of the organization. She was elected to serve as one of three Vice Chairs beginning in 2019, chairs the President's Roundtable, and is a member of the Executive Committee. She co-chaired the 2015-16 USUO CEO Selection Committee that identified Paul Meecham to lead the organization and also co-chaired the 2017 Evening with Renée Fleming fundraising gala in celebration of Utah Opera's 40 th Anniversary Season that netted more than $360,000 to support USUO's extensive education and outreach programs. She and her husband, Bill Shiebler, both serve on the Deer Valley® Music Festival Executive Council and, through their philanthropy as members of the DVMF Founders Trust, were instrumental in the creation of the festival which celebrated its 15 th Season in 2018. They were also Co-Chairs of USUO's Campaign for Perpetual Motion, along with Jesselie and Scott Anderson, Kem and Carolyn Gardner, and Gail Miller and Kim Wilson, which raised substantial funds to celebrate the orchestra's 75 th Anniversary and to propel the organization into future success.

Kem C. Gardner has served since 2005 as Chairman of Gardner Company, a private commercial real estate company operating in the Intermountain West. During his 43 years in the real estate business, he has been involved in the development of some 3000 residential lots and more than 35 million square feet of corporate office and medical buildings, retail shopping centers, life-style centers, hotels, and industrial/ manufacturing facilities. Kem, also, has been active in community volunteer service and philanthropy. As a young business leader, he was a member of the Utah Symphony Board of Directors from 1978 to 1984, serving on multiple committees. He rejoined the Board of Trustees of the merged Utah Symphony | Utah Opera in 2011, and served as Chairman of the Board 2017-2019, following the very successful fundraising campaign to celebrate the orchestra's 75 th Anniversary that he and his wife Carolyn Co-Chaired along with Scott and Jesselie Anderson, Gail Miller and Kim Wilson, and Bill and Joanne Shiebler. Kem has been a Trustee of Intermountain Health Care since 1982 and chaired the Board from 2007 -2013. He chairs the Intermountain Heathcare Foundation. He chaired the successful fundraising campaign for the new Intermountain Medical Center and he established The Kem C. Gardner Transformation Center, designed to be a base for Intermountain's efforts to transform healthcare in ways that are patient-focused and that consistently provide the best clinical outcomes at sustainable costs. Kem has served as Chairman of the Salt Lake Chamber. He has been involved in transportation initiatives co-chairing the 2015 Transportation Alliance. He has chaired the Salt Lake Airport Authority and been a member of the Utah Air Travel Commission. He also, has been involved in higher education, serving as Chairman of the Utah State Board of Regents and currently serving on the National Advisory Committees of the University of Utah. He also was a partner in five restaurants. In addition to dry cleaning, Hemmert served part-time in the Utah State Senate, where he was the Republican Majority Whip. Prior to dry cleaning and politics, Hemmert was a managing director of a private equity fund, the CFO of a family office/asset management firm, the CFO of a venture-backed technology company (successfully sold), and he also spent a year as an associate at a large international law firm. Thomas M. Love, President of Love Communications, is definitely ‘hands on' when it comes to nearly every major Love Communications account, Tom is particularly involved with developing long-term strategies and promotional partnerships for clients as well as growing new business for the agency overall. In 2002, the Utah Advertising Federation selected Tom as Professional of the Year and in 2015, the American Advertising Federation of Utah (AAF-Utah) honored Tom with its highest recognition, the 2015 Silver Medal Award.
