His passion eventually drove him to leave his full time employment, as Area & Franchise Manager, of a ground breaking and emerging dessert chain. It gave him the drive to turn hard work and inspiration, into passion and purpose. Starting with the mobile bar hire for weddings & events. With Utopia Bars firstl y starting their free portable bar hire coverage, in Wolverhampton in 2015.
