Angie Wu

As the Director of Clinical Operations at ViuHealth, Angie works in a hybrid role of strategy and clinical operations to optimize the company's core product. She cooperatively develops and integrates member-centered care plans and goals with the Care Team to help improve members' health through the 1:1 telehealth vertical of ViuHealth's platform. Angie brings more than 15 years of clinical research experience as a nurse practitioner trained at Johns Hopkins University. Before joining ViuHealth, Angie held positions focused on mental health and oncology at the National Institutes of Health and New York University. Angie lives in New York City and enjoys running.

Anusha Yeshokumar

Dr. Yeshokumar is a Medical Director in clinical research and development at Bristol Meyers Squibb, focused on neuroinflammation. She also holds an affiliate faculty position at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai where she practices as an autoimmune neurologist. She cares for patients with autoimmune encephalitis, multiple sclerosis, neuromyelitis optica, neurosarcoidosis, and other autoimmune diseases that affect the central nervous system in children and adults. Her academic research focuses on understanding outcomes after autoimmune encephalitis and identifying clinical and biologic factors associated with these outcomes. Dr. Yeshokumar received her undergraduate degree from the Johns Hopkins University and her medical degree from Jefferson Medical College. She completed her pediatric neurology residency at Johns Hopkins Hospital and her multiple sclerosis and neuroimmune fellowship at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.

Chris Ho

Dr. Ho founded Drug Design Methodologies, which produced and licensed two highly successful commercial packages, RACHEL and CHARLIE, through Tripos, Inc. These products helped chemists refine weak binding leads into much more potent drugs. Over forty major pharmaceutical companies licensed these products until Tripos was sold to private investors in 2009. While at DDM, he maintained a senior scientist position in the Biochemistry Dept. at Washington University where he collaborated with numerous academic departments to develop ligands against specific targets. Dr. Ho has also served as a consultant to many pharmaceutical companies, including Monsanto, Pfizer and DuPont. Dr. Ho is a graduate of Purdue University and completed his MD/PhD from Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis.

Christine Humblet

With her doctorate degree in Chemistry, Dr. Humblet spent her early day's career in academia where she developed and applied computer-assisted molecular modeling techniques while building the foundation and blueprint for the software Sybyl, later commercialized by Tripos Inc. At the time, her research focused in the Pain, Neurosciences and Cardiovascular areas to elucidate structure-activity patterns for fentanyl, gabapentin, serotonin inhibitors among others. She transitioned to the Pharmaceutical Industry, initially as an individual contributor, and grew into an exceptional scientific and technical leader in preclinical discovery and enabling technologies. Her journey began at Parke-Davis in Ann Arbor, Michigan. It proceeded with appointments as a Director of Informatics at Abbott and a Senior Director of Computational Chemistry & Cheminformatics at Wyeth. Most recently, she led cheminformatics initiatives to transform drug discovery through artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques at Eli Lilly. Dr. Humblet has been published in more than 115 publications. She obtained her PhD from the University of Namur, Belgium.

Dr. Suzanne Kennedy

Dr. Suzanne Kennedy is the Director of Partnerships at DrugViu. She brings 20 years of experience leading partnerships and collaborations in the biotechnology industry in the life sciences and pharmaceutical sciences. Suzanne has led in diverse roles including R&D, global product marketing, and corporate development. Previously she led corporate development for Bio-Path Holdings. Suzanne has a PhD in Microbiology and Immunology from Virginia Commonwealth University. She loves spending time with her wife and two dogs and going to watch live music in Austin.

Kwaku Owusu - CEO, Founder

Leads overall strategy and vision. Prior to ViuHealth, Kwaku was a founder/CEO of Ilerasoft, a medical device utilization optimization software platform that helped health facilities use their medical assets more efficiently. Kwaku also has experience in sales operations and product at HP Enterprise. He holds Bachelor's from the University of Massachusetts and MS/MBA from University of Rochester. He is an avid science fiction and architecture enthusiast.

Melanie Igwe - COO, Founder

Leads business operations and partnerships. Prior to ViuHealth, Melanie was a founder of a digital health start up. Melanie has over 7 years of healthcare ranging from roles at Texas Medical Center, Harris health and as an executive in a technology company. She holds a Bachelor's in Economics with a minor in Mathematics from Howard University. She enjoys politics and experimenting with food.

Obed Osei

Obed received his undergraduate Computer Science Degree in Ghana, Africa and his Master in CS at Northeastern University. Sunny Singh - CMO

Sunny Singh leads marketing strategy and execution at ViuHealth. Prior to ViuHealth, Sunny was the Director of Marketing at Rawcubes, a data management software company. At Rawcubes, he led efforts to help achieve product market fit and successfully lead all go to market activities. Sunny also brings extensive multicultural marketing experience and growing marketing teams in fast startup environments. Sunny holds a Bachelor's of Science in Marketing from Northern Illinois University and an MBA from the Duke University Fuqua School of Business.
