WALES ENGLAND CARE - Key Persons

Chris Churcher - CFO

Job Titles:
  • Finance Director
I grew up in the valleys of South East Wales and attended Cwmcarn Comprehensive school. Most of my family worked in the local coal mines and if the mines hadn't closed during my school years I probably would have ended up there too. I was fortunate enough to be accepted as an apprentice with Lucas Girling in Cwmbran where I trained as a toolmaker before moving onto CNC machining. I stayed in engineering for over twenty years, gaining industry qualifications and steadily climbing the ladder towards middle management. I have worked in all kinds of engineering sectors which include; Nuclear, Aerospace, Automotive, Medical and Food production.

Kelly Windsor - COO
