As Executive Vice President, Communications and Public Affairs, Alannah Hall-Smith oversees the worldwide communications and positioning strategy for Disney Parks, Experiences and Products, where she also serves on the Chairman's Executive Committee. She moved to California in 2018 upon assuming leadership of Communications and Public Affairs at Disney Parks, Experiences and Products. Prior to joining Disney, Alannah held senior agency roles and has an extensive communications background working with multinational clients across the Asia Pacific region. Alannah is native to Australia and has a Bachelor of Commerce from Griffith University. She was also a Founding Board Member of Women Media Networks, a not-for-profit organization that provides members with professional support, leadership development, and networking opportunities.

Andy Hopkins

Andy Hopkins is Interim Chief Financial Officer of Disney Parks, Experiences and Products. In his role, Andy is responsible for the financial planning and fiscal management of domestic and international theme parks and resorts, Disney Cruise Line, Disney Vacation Club, Adventures by Disney, Walt Disney Imagineering, Revenue Management and Analytics, Global Business Development and Consumer Products. Prior to his role, Andy served as Senior Vice President, Global Development & Finance for Disney Parks, Experiences and Products segment (DPEP), where he led the team responsible for global strategy, new business development and real estate across the DPEP global portfolio of businesses. In addition, Andy oversaw the finance teams for Disney's three theme parks in Asia and for Walt Disney Imagineering as well as the team responsible for managing third party tenants and partnerships within Disney resort properties. Andy serves on the Boards of Directors for Shanghai Disneyland Resort and Hong Kong Disneyland, and was deeply involved in the incubation, development and launch of Storyliving by Disney residential communities. Andy joined The Walt Disney Company in 2006, and prior to taking role within DPEP in 2017, he served as the Senior Vice President, Corporate Strategy and Business Development for the Company. In this role, he executed acquisitions, joint ventures, partnerships and divestitures, including leading the teams for the transformational acquisitions of Marvel and Lucasfilm. Prior to joining The Walt Disney Company, Andy served as the Vice President, Corporate Development for Expedia, Inc. Barbara Bouza

As president of Walt Disney Imagineering, Barbara Bouza, FAIA, leads the global multidisciplinary team behind the creation of Disney's theme parks, attractions, resorts, cruise ships and entertainment experiences. Barbara previously served as co-managing director, principal, for Gensler Los Angeles. In this collaborative leadership role, she brought strategic design management to highly innovative clients such as Amgen, City of Hope, Debbie Allen, JPL/NASA and Netflix. A fellow of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), she was the 2019 AIA Los Angeles president. She also served on the board of the Southern California chapter of the International Interior Design Association. The Los Angeles Business Journal recognized Barbara as Executive of the Year: Women Making a Difference, which honors women who blend effective vision with passionate commitment both in the business world and in the community. She was also named by Real Estate Forum magazine as a Woman of Influence: California. Bruce Vaughn

In particular, he focuses on innovative ways to transform Disney's extensive collection of beloved franchises, characters and stories into groundbreaking immersive experiences that delight guests around the world. In 2023 Bruce rejoined Imagineering from Airbnb, where he was vice president, experiential creative product, concentrating on creating meaningful connections between travelers and locals around the world through authentic experiences. Prior to that role, Bruce was the CEO and CCO of Dreamscape Immersive, where he worked with teams to advance virtual reality technologies to create an entirely new form of mainstream location-based entertainment. Bruce first joined Imagineering in 1993 as a senior technical specialist and went on into several roles of increasing responsibility. Beyond his work at Imagineering he has been involved in efforts across various divisions of The Walt Disney Company that include Consumer Products, Feature Animation, Internet, Location-Based Entertainment, Music, Television, and Theatrical. Prior to his original stint with Imagineering, Bruce worked on the technical staff of Associates & Ferren, where he contributed to the development and execution of special effects for various media projects. He has received several screen credits for feature films, including Star Trek V: The Final Frontier (1989) and Imposter (2001). Bruce has led R&D teams that received Thea (Themed Entertainment Awards) awards for Pirates of the Caribbean: Battle for Buccaneer Gold, Stitch's Photo Phone, and Lucky the Dino. Bruce graduated cum laude from Colgate University in 1988 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English literature and a minor in art history.

Gail brings decades of experience transforming leading organizations by leveraging the power of technology to drive growth, effect digital transformation, and build new business models. She most recently served as Mercer's first Chief Digital Officer. Prior to Mercer, she held senior leadership positions spanning various industries, including Microsoft, Hewlett Packard, Bank of America, and several positions at Eastman Kodak Company, including CIO of Eastman Kodak's Consumer Digital business. In recognition of these achievements and others, in May 2019, Gail was selected as a finalist for the MIT Sloan CIO Leadership Award. Jeff Vahle

Jill Estorino

A graduate of Georgetown University with a degree in business administration, Josh began his career at Disney in 1998 at Disneyland Resort and has since held leadership positions spanning various areas of the company. These include roles with Adventures by Disney, Sales and Travel Operations at Hong Kong Disneyland Resort, Finance for the Global Licensing division of Disney Consumer Products, and Business Planning and Strategy Development for the Disneyland Resort. Ken is a 27-year veteran of The Walt Disney Company and its Parks, Experiences and Products segment. Most recently, he served as president of Consumer Products Commercialization, the company's global effort to bring beloved characters, brands and stories to consumers via merchandise, games and publishing through the Disney store, shopDisney and across licensing and retail partners. For most of his Disney career, Ken has led high brand affinity businesses where consumer loyalty and insights were instrumental to growth and expansion, including Disney Vacation Club, the company's innovative and fast-growing vacation ownership program, Disney Cruise Line, Golden Oak, a luxury residential community in Walt Disney World Resort, and Adventures by Disney, the company's award-winning guided group travel business. Lisa Becket

Lisa's Customer Engagement organization leads the media strategy, planning, buying, CRM, marketing platform development, and performance marketing orchestration for the domestic DPEP businesses. Yellow Shoes, the award-winning global in-house creative agency, is responsible for branding, design, creative content development, broadcast programming, synergy, and partnership marketing, along with other cross-company initiatives. The Franchise marketing team leads segment-wide strategies to match consumer insights, needs, and franchise affinities with business needs to grow value and contribution by better connecting Disney to the consumer. Lisa started her Disney career at the Walt Disney World Resort in 1988. Louise is a highly accomplished legal executive with more than two decades of experience serving at the highest levels of innovative global companies. Most recently, she served as Chief Business Affairs and Legal Officer at PayPal, where she was responsible for the company's global people, legal, communications, IP, government relations and ocial innovation functions, with oversight of financial, regulatory and legal requirements worldwide. She also led stakeholder engagement to promote PayPal's reputation globally. Prior to PayPal, Louise was Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer at Nokia Corporation, where she directed the company's legal and government affairs functions, M&A and IP management, for which her team was named Europe's most innovative in-house legal team by the Financial Times in 2011. Louise has served as a member of Hitachi Ltd.'s Board of Directors since 2015, Pacific Life's Board of Directors since 2020 and Experian PLC's Board of Directors since 2022. Additionally, she was named to the Board of Directors of the non-profit Black Executive CMO Alliance (BECA) in 2021. Tami Garcia - CHRO

As Executive Vice President of Human Resources, Tami Garcia is responsible for all human resources-related services for more than 170,000 Disney Parks, Experiences and Products employees, Cast Members, Crew Members and Imagineers worldwide. She and her global team partner with leaders across the segment's various businesses to develop people strategies that foster a world-class culture and drive results. Tami oversees the teams that lead diversity and inclusion, learning and development, talent acquisition and management, employee relations, labor relations, compensation and benefits, and workforce strategy systems and analytics for the entire DPEP segment. Prior to this role, Tami served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Walt Disney Parks and Resorts, where she developed and implemented human resource strategies and programs to align the global business needs across the organization. She was also head of HR during the development phase of Shanghai Disney Resort. Tami joined The Walt Disney Company in 1990 as part of the Global Mobility team for Walt Disney Imagineering. She held various positions at WDI, ultimately overseeing all human resources activities at Imagineering. In that leadership capacity, she helped establish HR functions for WDI at Disneyland Paris and Hong Kong Disneyland. Prior to joining Disney, Tami worked at Lockheed Aeronautical Systems Company in various human resources positions. Under her leadership, CPGP creates and delivers products across a variety of channels, including Disney store, shopDisney, Disney Parks and retail and e-commerce partners, as well as the world's largest licensing organization spanning numerous categories. CPGP is also home to the company's games and interactive experiences businesses, and Disney Publishing Worldwide, one of the world's largest publishers of children's books and magazines. Prior to becoming president of CPGP, Tasia oversaw the CPGP business in Europe, Middle East, and Africa as senior vice president. There, she drove the development of commercial strategies spanning all product categories including toys, fashion, publishing, and games across the region, and oversaw Disney Store and shopdisney.com in Europe. Thomas has been instrumental as Disney Cruise Line significantly expands its offerings on a global scale with three new ships, including the Disney Adventure, which will sail from Singapore; a second island destination in The Bahamas, Disney Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point; a new terminal in Port Everglades, Fla.; and additional ports of call in new regions. Before returning to Disney in 2017, Thomas served as the chief operating officer of Crystal Cruise Line. Born in Austria, Thomas earned his degree in hotel management and administration in Innsbruck. A lifelong learner, he has also received several business certifications from institutions including Cornell University, the Hotel School of Lausanne and the Hotel School of Salzburg.
