Ahmed has over 20 years experience in commercial management across many industries ranging from real estate development, retail management, media, telecommunications, and investment. Ahmed has a vast experience in strategic project management on a national level and has acted as an advisor to many prominent government entities in Egypt and the MENA region, especially in the Economic Zone for Suez Canal where he has secured many national collaborations with numerous global companies. Ahmed spearheads Volta's operations in Egypt and is a key figure in the decision making process for new ventures.

Former United States Ambassador to the Dominican Republic, nominated by President George W. Bush in the summer of 2001. Hans Hertell was a co-founder of Goldman, Antonetti, Ferraiuoli, Axtmayer and Hertell, the third largest full service law firm in Puerto Rico. From 1992-96, Hans was managing director for the Caribbean and Latin America affairs at Black, Kelly, Scruggs & Healey, a government and public affairs company based in Washington, D.C. He has been the Chairman of the Board at U.S. Precious Metals, Inc since January 9, 2015 and has been a Director of U.S. Precious Metals, Inc since May 31, 2013 and Colt Resources Inc. since April 14, 2015. He also serves as a Director of InterEnergy Holding.

Benjamin is a director of Oriental Capital Partners, with other Honorary positions including Vice Chairman of China International Cooperation Committee of the Silkroad, The Belt and Road Enterprise Confederation, Vice President of Shenzhen Petrochemical Exchange (part owned by SINOPEC & China Construction Bank), President (LatAm) of The World Win-Win Co., President (LatAm) of The World New Scientific Revolution Co., and Chief Advisor to a subsidiary of Aviation Industry of China (AVIC). Benjamin works with a subsidiary of China Galaxy Financial Holdings Co., a central government financial group, jointly formed and owned by China Investment Corporation (China's Sovereign Wealth fund), the Chinese Ministry of Finance and Chinese Social Security Fund, on the creation of a cross-border equity fund, also partnering with a $150 billion technology fund. Benjamin has handled numerous corporate finance transactions, IPO's and mergers, having also spent time as a Senior Accountant at KPMG, later sitting on the board of over 40 companies regarding investments from two key family offices he represented. Benjamin is a fellow member of the FCCA in the UK and FHKSA.

As a member of the International association of Arbitration and Associate Member of the Chartered institute of Legal executives, Lord Orville Thomas holds a LLM Masters in International Law and is in the process of starting a PHD in International Law.
In 2017 Mr Orville Thomas was appointed as Lord Thomas and as a Sovereign by the ICJ-ICC (International Court of Justice and International Criminal Court) in the capacity of a Notary and a certified Sovereign Underwriter under the section of the First Republic Registrars. Dealing with the legalities of Banking redemption and Historical assets. He was also appointed a UN Ambassador (UN special envoy) for WOLMI attached to the Geneva office.
Currently he is a Consultant to various companies and projects, notably Clean Energy group DRENEL, helping with green energy initiatives in regions of Africa, Asia, Europe and the U.K. working in partnership with C.B.E Mr. James Brathwaite. In addition he is business co-owner of a sporting agency with former U.K. Defence Minister Mr. Ivor Caplin.

Nick Bancroft Cooke is head of European sales at Atlantic Partners Asia (HK). Prior to this, he was senior Partner of BBE Group, a general finance group currently comprised of four distinct business divisions active in sourcing M&A opportunities for mainland China investors, developing large-scale infrastructure in emerging markets, trading commodities and general corporate finance.
Before establishing BBE Group, Nick was President of Elaixin, a leading independent corporate finance advisory house based in Beijing and Senior Consultant to Hong Kong based investment bank Somerley and has served on the Boards of several private and public listed companies in Australia, China and West Africa. He was a founding director of internet search engine Espotting, responsible for the roll out of Espotting's highly successful business model across Europe before it was successfully sold to Nasdaq listed company FindwhatInc (renamed MIVA) for US$170 million.
Nick speaks Spanish, Portuguese, French and English, holds a BA (Hons) in Political Science from University of Bristol, and was educated at Eton College.
As the founding force behind Volta's formidable capabilities, Rupon spent time on ground managing and transporting energy assets across the Middle East and Africa for a prominent middle eastern family. Moving onto physical trading, broking and consulting, Rupon's Oil & Gas expertise is vast, with product knowledge consisting of both raw and refined products as well as LPG and LNG.
Establishing an enviable network of private individuals, state owned entities, government officials and major institutional clients acround the world, Rupon and Volta engage in capital raising for international projects, including both seed capital and phased funding for refineries and storage facility infrastructure assets.

Rupon has many years of experience on the ground in the oil and gas industry, having traded in refined and crude products to see major success in government contracts. Having worked directly on ground, he is uniquely situated to understand both upstream and downstream projects within the oil and gas sector. This has enabled him to build the business through his strong relationships with industry leaders and institutional clients. Working with UHNW clients from the Americas to the far east, Volta was founded on a strong ethos of integrity and the dynamic ability to secure effective solutions for complex situations. Rupon has enjoyed numerous enterprises in different markets, with Volta now the driving force to move further forward in investing on a multi-market approach.
