Eric graduated from Western Michigan University in 2017 where he obtained his bachelor's degree in Sales and Business Marketing. During his free time, you will find Eric spending time with his wife and goldendoodle, golfing, attending sporting events, playing a game or exploring the great outdoors.
Hilary joined Whitaker Muller in 2021 as a Benefit Account Manager, bringing 10 years of experience in employee benefits. Hilary's background includes specialized project management as well as expertise in benefit analysis, consultation and servicing of clients. She is tenacious in problem-solving and takes pride in her ability to develop and clearly communicate solutions. She enjoys building relationships with her clients through dependable service and providing education on benefits-related topics. Hilary graduated from Calvin College in 2011 with a degree in Psychology.

Jeff joined Whitaker Muller in 2001 as a Commercial Account Executive. Jeff has over 34 years of experience in commercial and personal insurance. Jeff works with the National Program for HOODZ and DUCTZ Franchises and the National Water Dealer & Bottled Water Dealer Program. He also works with small to medium commercial accounts. Jeff focuses on each client's needs and designs an insurance program to meet those specific needs. He also excels in client communication, with clients having access to him when needed. Jeff earned his BBA at Western Michigan University in 1984. He is an avid competitive Retriever Club member and his dogs have won many awards.
