West Coast Homes was created in 2011 as a division of Faber Construction. Faber had been building custom homes since 1987, and it simplified things for us and our clients to create a separate residential division. We combine design expertise and construction management to create thoughtfully built homes-big, tiny, or in-between... WCH's approach is simple. You share details about your dream home and budget and we work to align them. We all dream big until our budget tells us to calm down.
