Debbie Livingston

Debbie is a psychotherapist registered with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP). She has been awarded a Masters degree in Transpersonal Counselling and Psychotherapy and in addition Debbie has completed her Master Practitioner qualification in Practitioner Skills in Eating Disorders and Obesity. Debbie has previously held the position of Chair Person of Reading Therapies which provides continuing professional development for Psychotherapists, Psychologists and Counsellors. Debbie has also held managerial positions within the UKCP including Chair of the UKCP HIPC complaints committee and a member of the Ethics committee.

Dr Bahareh Haghighat-Khah

Bahareh is a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy and the Southern Association for Psychotherapy and Counselling. She is an existential psychoanalytical psychotherapist, her theoretical orientation and training includes psychoanalytical psychotherapy, existential psychotherapy and post modernism. Bahareh has a Masters (MSc) degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy and a Bachelors degree (BA hons) in Psychology. She is currently completing her Doctorate in Psychotherapy and has a special interest in the connection between the mind and implications on the body.

Dr Christian Buckland

Petra is a BPS chartered and HCPC registered counselling psychologist. She has worked within the NHS to deliver individual therapy for people suffering from eating disorders, depression and anxiety. Petra has also trained with CRUSE to provide bereavement counselling. Presently her NHS therapeutic work focusses on cancer rehabilitation, support for those living with life limiting illnesses as well as chronic pain management. Petra has been awarded a Professional Doctorate in Counselling psychology from the University of Roehampton. She brings with her an understanding of life outside the mental health profession, having previously worked as project manager in industry.

Dr Georgina Taylor

Georgina is a senior counselling psychologist within the NHS working in the general Psychology department and the Eating Disorder Service where she provides both individual and group psychological therapy. Georgina has worked for the NHS, the Priory, the Cardinal Clinic and Cygnet Hospital as well as in private practice. She is a chartered member of the British Psychological Society and registered member of the Health and Care Professions Council. Georgina received her qualification of Doctor of Philosophy in Counselling Psychology from City University in London, she continues to provide academic input into the Clinical Psychology course at Oxford University and the University of Surrey. Georgina has a special interest in anxiety, social anxiety, and low self esteem issues.

Dr Lalitha de Silva

Dr Lalitha de Silva is registered with the General Medical Council (GMC number 1576300), she holds the medical degree of Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS). She trained in Psychiatry at Charing Cross and St George's Hospital Medical Schools in London. Dr de Silva is a fellow of the Royal College of Psychiatrists. Dr de Silva has been the Clinical Director of the Berkshire Healthcare NHS Trust, a position she held for over five years. From 2007 to 2013 she held the position of Clinical Director of the Cardinal Clinic in Windsor, a private psychiatric hospital. In addition to being a specialist in psychiatrist, Dr de Silva has also been trained in Child Health, General Medicine and Accident and Emergency Medicine. She has a special interest in anxiety, depression, mood disorders, addicitons and eating disorders.

Dr Priya Jaspal

Priya is a Chartered Counselling Psychologist currently working within the NHS in Secondary Care delivering Dialectical Behavioural Therapy for patients that present with Borderline Personality Disorder. In addition to her current role within the NHS, and having worked across multiple services including Primary and Secondary Care, she is able to offer a number of approaches including humanistic, psychodynamic, cognitive behavioural therapy (2nd and 3rd wave) and integrative approaches. Priya received her qualification of Doctor of Psychology in Psychotherapeutic and Counselling Psychology from the University of Surrey and is a member of the U.K. Council for Psychotherapy. Her main therapeutic interests include mental health stigma, mood disorders and personality disorders.
