Wise Mind Iowa is a Center of Excellence that provides evidence-based individual and group psychotherapy services to residents of Iowa. Our psychotherapy clinicians have specialized experience providing Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT)... We provide individual psychotherapy services in the clinic or via tele-health. We will help to identify clients' goals of treatment and the problems that are interfering with these goals. Our hope is to get you results in a timely fashion.
