MOFS - Key Persons
Alex started his insurance career at major UK title insurers in 2002 before joining MOFS in 2009 and becoming a partner in 2014. Alex heads up the legal indemnity team.

Prior to joining MOFS in 2014, Andrea worked for 23 years as a Solicitor in private practice specialising in commercial conveyancing and landlord and tenant matters.
Andrew is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute and a Chartered Insurance Broker.
Having joined Provincial Insurance in July 1987, he progressed through the group to become a Senior Account Manager following the acquisition by AXA Insurance, before taking up his current role at Mason Owen.
He was Chairman of the Smaller Brokers Advisory Board (SBAB) of British Insurance Brokers Association (BIBA) between January 2015 and March 2020, having served BIBA at both regional and GIBC level. In addition, Andrew served as a member of the main BIBA board between April 2014 and March 2020 and is currently the Chair of the Industry Claims Working Group.
He is currently the Chair of Merseyside Youth Association, a youth charity in Liverpool and since 2016 he has served as a Trustee of the Vantage Multi Academy Trust in Bolton.

Working as an insurance broker for over 22 years, Andrew deals with all aspects of general insurance. In his spare time he enjoys coaching football and fishing.

Andrew joined MOFS in 2002 and spent 8 years as a Broker, making the transition to the Accounts Department in 2010. He is also involved in monitoring of MOFS' Compliance obligations.
Angie has worked in insurance since 1994 and dealt with transit and commercial insurance at RSA before joining MOFS in 2003 dealing with Legal Indemnity and Commercial Insurance
Anthony has a wealth of experience in the industry, both in Liability lines in the US, and more recently with Countrywide Legal Indemnities. He joined our Norwich office in 2019.
Ash joined the MOFS team in April 2023. He is based in our Liverpool office and works as a part of the Claims Team.
Carla joined MOFS in 2006, she is based in our Liverpool office and works as P.A to the Managing Director.
Carole joined MOFS in 2012 and has worked at a large insurance company, insurance Brokers and a Loss Adjusting company over the last 36 years on Personal Lines and commercial claims.

Daniella qualified as a solicitor in 1997 and worked in private practice until 2014, latterly specialising in commercial property. She joined the Legal Indemnity team at MOFS in 2015.
Danielle has over 16 years of experience as an Insurance Claims Executive. She has been at MOFS since 2007 and has a Diploma in Insurance from the Chartered Insurance Institute.
Dave has over 29 years of insurance experience in both Underwriting and Claims. He worked at Guardian Royal Exchange before joining Business Insurance Services.
Dylan has worked in insurance for 6 years, formerly an underwriter at RSA dealing with both personal and commercial lines. He joined the MOFS team in 2021.
Emma has over 25 years insurance experience, having previously worked in personal lines. She deals with all classes of business but specialises in Commercial Risks and Fleet.
Fraser has worked in the industry for over 20 years and specialises in development enquiries and can advise across a whole spectrum of risks. He is Dip CII qualified.
Gareth has worked in insurance for 20 years, formerly an underwriter for Aviva and Allianz, working in the Liverpool and Manchester markets before joining MOFS in 2018

Julie joined MOFS in February 2022 based in our Norwich office. Julie has over 10 years' experience within the Operations side of the Legal Indemnity market, formerly with both Dual Asset and Countrywide Legal Indemnities.

Keith held various underwriting and account management roles with Zurich and Allianz prior to joining MOFS in 2007. With over 30 years experience in the industry, he is ACII qualified.
Kim joined the MOFS team in 2022. She is based in our Liverpool office and works as a part of the General Broking Team. Kim is also cert CII qualified.

Lizzie joined MOFS in the Norwich office in 2022 after starting her career working as a Legal Advisor for Aviva Commercial Finance and later moving into the legal indemnity market working for DUAL Asset.

Louise has 10 years' experience in the legal indemnity sector, regularly working alongside developer clients on complex schemes and risk portfolios. A Law graduate and Dip CII qualified, she offers advice on a breadth of risks with a specialism in Rights of Light.
Marie has over 15 years' experience in the legal indemnity market, formerly with both Countrywide Legal Indemnities and Aviva, before joining MOFS in 2018 in our Norwich office.

Mark joined MOFS in 2010. He has worked at a number of local insurance brokers over the last 30 years on Personal Lines, Claims and Commercial Insurance
Mike has spent 30 years in insurance, formerly an underwiter at Axa before joining MOFS in 2001. Mike holds the ACII and the National General Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health.
Penny has worked in insurance for over 30 years as an underwriter for Aviva in the Liverpool market before joining MOFS in 2021. She is based in our Liverpool Office and works as part of the General Broking team.

Sue has worked in insurance for over 30 years and has experience in Personal Lines, Commercial and Private Medical. Starting her career at Royal Insurance, she later joined MOFS in 2005.
