Amy Goodman

Amy is a Conveyancing Assistant and provides valuable administrative support to all the Priory Law team and our clients. Amy's favourite holiday destination is Las Vegas, which she has visited many times, she loves it so much she even got married there! Her dream is to own a dog called Dave, which she could take on her many long country walks which she enjoys with her husband. She also loves a delicious curry, whether she has cooked it herself, or at a local restaurant as a treat at the weekend.

Anne-Marie Fowler - Managing Director

Anne-Marie is our Managing Director, she has a vision for Priory Law which breaks away from ‘traditional conveyancing'. Her focus is outstanding communication; therefore, it comes as no surprise that Priory Law offers an exceptional client centric experience. Anne-Marie has always worked in property, she fell into conveyancing when the first law firm she worked for suggested that she study to become a conveyancer. She joined Priory Law with an extensive conveyancing career in both local and corporate firms, drawing from the best of both to provide an outstanding experience bespoke to each clients' needs. Her legal career was built on foundation of working in other property fields, such as estate agency, letting and block management, giving a well-rounded knowledge of how her peers work and the perspective from which they work. She embarked on this with two children working full time and proudly qualified in 2015 as a licensed conveyancer. Anne-Marie loves her work in property, she is highly experienced and passionate about helping her clients move without stress.

Cara Turnbull

Cara is a Conveyancing Assistant, providing administrative support to our clients and all the team at Priory Law. Cara loves problem solving, both at work and in her spare time, she is a champion at Rubix Cube, ask her how quickly she can solve a Rubix Cube, as this is her party trick! She grew up on a chicken farm so naturally she has been put off eggs for life! However, she loves F1 (McLaren is her favourite team), paddleboarding and going out for Asian food.

Lucy Wyatt

Lucy is a solicitor at Priory Law. Lucy obtained a first-class honours law degree from Swansea University, she then continued to study the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in London. She undertook her training contract with a regional firm in Sussex and subsequently qualified in May 2020 into residential Property. She has immense expertise in all areas of residential sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, remortgages, and informal lease extensions. Lucy takes great pleasure in supporting her clients with their conveyancing requirements - customer service is at the very heart of the way she works. Outside of work, Lucy enjoys spending time her family, especially her partner and two young children. When she can, Lucy loves going to watch Brighton play at the AMEX Stadium and hunting around car boots on a Sunday morning! Ryan Letts

Head of Legal Practice and Co-Founding Director, Ryan, was specifically seeking to create a new style of law firm, one with the customer at the heart. Ryan has a decade of experience in all aspects of residential conveyancing having qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in 2014, he draws on knowledge from both city and regional practice throughout Surrey, Sussex, and Kent. Ryan enjoys guiding his clients through their transaction with a combination of effective communication running alongside innovative technology.

Summer Ballard

Summer has been working in law since 2016 and having worked in her first law firm in a different department she was really keen to work in conveyancing. She enjoys being a part of making peoples dreams come true when they move home! She decided she would like be a conveyancer and was encouraged to maximise her potential by studying to become a Licensed Conveyancer with the CLC which she is enjoying greatly. She lives in Hastings and can sometimes be found working from home with her partner and two dogs. In her spare time she loves reading and swimming in the sea.
