Gerard leads our business in Asia Pacific (APAC) and is responsible for all aspects of our customer relationships including sales, service delivery and ongoing customer support across our financial services customers in the region.
He has been with BAE Systems since 2005 working with our clients in the Financial Services sector and he relocated to Melbourne from Ireland in 2007 to help establish our business in the region.
Gerard is a full-time working father of three, and enjoys playing soccer competitively. He holds a UEFA B licence accreditation for soccer which is helpful in the coaching he does with junior teams at his local club.

He has spent 15 years at BAE Systems focused on serving financial services customers, and more than 22 years in the technology and software industry.
James has previously worked in software product and consultancy businesses delivering real-time technology across government and commercial markets.

Mike joined the company in November 2019 from IT services and consulting business, DXC, where he was the Global Account Manager for the Royal Bank of Scotland Group, and prior to that he was the General Manager of the FS sector at Fujitsu.
He has a wealth of experience in senior executive and sales leadership roles, working with US, EMEIA and Japanese IT technology companies in the private and public sectors. Mike has specific international industry experience in the banking and insurance sectors, and has developed an extensive network of senior executive relationships following roles at Fujitsu UK&I, CSC, Logica (now CGI), Hewlett Packard UK and InfoTech Enterprises Europe.
Mike is married with 3 daughters and lives in Brighton.

Peter is responsible for the financial services product portfolio and leads our product management and product marketing functions.
He has over 25 years of technology portfolio management experience, having held leadership roles in 4Finance, an online consumer lending company.
Peter has also spent 19 years working for Nokia, heading up the product management and portfolio planning team of Nokia's digital service and applications business.
Rob has been involved with Canadian Naval projects for almost his entire career. He's been with BAE Systems since 1999 and in 2007 moved to his current position leading the Canadian Submarines business as General Manager of BAE Systems Projects (Canada) Ltd.
