Alice was born and raised in New Milton. She started her working life with a local surveying company , before going onto obtain her Business and Administration qualification. Alice joined The Mortgage Explorer as an administrator. She is often the first point of contact and works closely with clients, from initial submission to successful completion.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends and two dogs, especially if it involves partaking in a glass or two of red wine.

Prior to becoming involved in the mortgage sector, Fiona spent 10 years in the insurance industry handling and resolving disputed motor insurance claims. She is now responsible for compliance and the smooth running of the southern office.
Outside of work she is a busy mum of three boys, as well as looking after 2 lively spaniels. However, whenever she can she finds time to hit the dance floor.

Hashmat was born in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and moved to the UK 20 years ago. He graduated from Kingston University with a degree in Accounting and Finance.
He has over 10 years' experience in the Banking and Financial Services industry. Prior to joining Brooklands, he worked at a number of major UK financial institutions.
Outside of work he loves spending time with his family and when time permits he enjoys travelling. He is an avid cricket lover.
Jack was born and raised in Woking, he has completed his diploma in Professional Financial Advice and his certificate in Mortgage and Insurance advice.
Jack deals with complex residential and commercial transactions. He also advises on life insurance, critical illness, and a range of insurance products.
When not at work, Jack enjoys winning golf tournaments and traveling.

Kelvin was born in Hong Kong and moved to the UK over 10 years ago. He graduated from the university of Southampton with a degree in economics.
He is a CeMap qualified and specialises in complex residential and BTL mortgages for foreign nationals.
Outside of work, kelvin enjoys various sports including badminton and table tennis.

Laura was born in Colombia and moved to the UK over 15 years ago and graduated in both International Finance, before obtaining a masters degree in Financial Services Management. During the last 7 years, Laura has worked as both a Commercial and Residential Mortgage Adviser. She now specialises in Equity Release and Later Life Lending.
During her free time, Laura enjoys keeping fit and training for and running marathons.
Malcolm Jones - Founder, Managing Director
Originating from the Midlands he studied law at Leeds, before starting a career as a Management Consultant. He worked for international organisations in Europe, America and Africa advising on profit improvement projects. He made a career move at the turn of the millennium and entered the Commercial Finance market. He founded Brooklands in 2003 and has overseen its growth through the latest recession and beyond.
Outside of work, Malcolm enjoys cooking BBQ's in all weathers and travelling.

Having spent most of his working life up in London, Nick now lives down in the south of England in Bournemouth. His early career was spent trading on the London Stock Exchange, since leaving the city, he has worked in the property market and subsequently moved into commercial finance.
He is fully qualified to CeMAP 3 and works with Brooklands clients in London and the South of England
In his spare time, he enjoys swimming and spending time with his family. Often on weekends, he will be found on his bicycle touring around Hampshire and Dorset

Peter is based in Yorkshire and looks after our clients in the north of the UK. He is a seasoned commercial finance professional with over 30 years' experience of sourcing financial solutions for clients.
Having worked in the banking industry both here and abroad and been the MD of his own successful property finance company, Peter understands the needs and expectations of both developers and investors.
Out of the office, you can usually find Peter on the tennis court or golf course; "I'm still a work in progress in these areas so I need lots of practice".

Syeda grew up in Pakistan and moved to the UK 15 years ago. She graduated from Middlesex University with a Master's Degree in Marketing. Syeda has spent the previous 10 years working with major banks and building societies including, HSBC, Nationwide and Yorkshire Building Society, where she has gained extensive experience within financial services.
Here at Brooklands Syeda is responsible for the administrative tasks. She has recently passed her CEMAP 1 and is shortly to complete the rest of the exams
Syeda is a mother of 2 young boys and most of her time outside work is spent with the family. She also enjoys swimming and meeting up with friends.
