Anita Fletcher, MD, is a board-certified neurologist with specialty training in neuroimmunology and neuroinfectious diseases. Dr.Fletcher received her medical degree from the University of Louisville School of Medicine where she also completed a neurology residency. Following residency, Dr. Fletcher completed a neuroimmunology and neuroinfectious disease fellowship at the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, Maryland where she also served as Director of the Neuroimmunology Clinic for the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke.
Dr. Fletcher is a highly experienced neurologist with a passion for serving patients with multiple sclerosis, neuroinfectious diseases and autoimmune disorders such as Sjogren's syndrome, sarcoidosis and lupus. She understands that a person with a complex diagnosis requires a dedicated team to improve outcomes and alleviate suffering.

Benjamin Johnson-Markve, PsyD, ABPP-CN, is a board-certified neuropsychologist who specializes in evaluating and treating patients with medical and psychiatric conditions including concussions, brain tumors, strokes, epilepsy, dementia, and traumatic brain injuries. He provides both outpatient and inpatient rehabilitative care at AdventHealth Orlando and AdventHealth Winter Park, and also serves as a clinical investigator for the Neuroscience Institute at AdventHealth. Dr. Johnson-Markve's excellent credentials include his Doctorate in Psychology from Argosy University of the Twin Cities in Minneapolis and advanced fellowship training in neuropsychology undertaken at the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta.

A highly experienced clinician, Dr. Varga completed an APA-accredited pre-doctoral internship in adult and geriatric neuropsychology at the VA Illiana Healthcare System, and then a post-doctoral fellowship in lifespan neuropsychology at AdventHealth Medical Group Neuropsychology at Orlando.
