Anne is an independent member of the boards of directors of Benchmark Electronics, Inc. (NYSE:BHE), a provider of engineering, manufacturing, and technology solutions across the entire product life cycle, and of Ambarella, Inc. (NASDAQ:AMBA) whose AI (Artificial Intelligence) semiconductor solutions are used in a wide variety of human and computer vision applications. She also provides strategic and operational consulting services to private equity firms and their portfolio companies, a role she has had since 2018. From 2015 until 2017, Anne was Group President of the Food Service Equipment Group of Standex International Corporation (NYSE:SXI). Prior to 2015, Anne held four successive positions at Danaher Corporation (NYSE:DHR) as President of increasingly complex, global operating companies over a period of 12 years. Before joining Danaher, she held various leadership positions in engineering, marketing, sales, and business development for global manufacturing companies. Anne received her MBA from Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts, and her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Electronics Engineering from the Catholic University of Louvain (KU Leuven) in Belgium.
Bill retired as a Special Partner of Birch Hill Equity Partners Management Inc. in 2010. He has over 22 years of experience in the private equity and merchant banking industries and ten years' experience in consulting engineering. From 1989 to 2005 he was a Managing Director at TD Capital and its successor Birch Hill. During this period, he was responsible for many of the firm's partnership investments. Bill holds an MBA from York University and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Bill is a partner at Burnet, Duckworth & Palmer LLP with over 30 years of experience in securities and corporate law including capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, corporate strategy and shareholder activism and with extensive industry experience in the natural resources, manufacturing and agricultural sectors. Bill has served on numerous public and private company boards and currently also serves on the Board of Rogers Sugar Ltd. Bill holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Toronto.

Brian Harder is AGI's Vice President, Global Foods. He joined AGI in 2018 and is accountable for sales, sales execution and project delivery across the Global Foods platform. Mr. Harder has an extensive background in the agriculture processing industry as well as experience in Energy, Defense and Automotive industries. He is a certified Master Black Belt, holds various ASQ certifications and has a degree in Electronic Technology.

Cristiano Carpin is the Senior Vice President, EIA - EMEA, India, APAC.
He joined AGI in 2016 with the FRAME acquisition and has worked closely with AGI to integrate FRAME, PTM, and TRAMCO Europe while transforming these operations into efficient, customer-centric operations. Under his guidance the EMEA team has expanded their customer base to deliver sales services, quoting, engineering, and sales execution beyond EMEA to include LATAM, India, and APAC.
Mr. Carpin holds Master in Business Administration from CUOA University and a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Padua and has an extensive background in organization, sales and manufacturing.

David Postill is AGI's Senior Vice President, AGI Digital and Global Marketing. He joined AGI in 2017. In his business operations role, he leads the AGI Digital business unit which includes AGI's Farmobile, IntelliFarms, SureTrack, BinManager, and CMC technologies and products. Postill also serves as AGI's most senior Global Marketing executive with responsibility for all aspects of the company's marketing function around the world. Mr. Postill holds an MBA from Duke University (North Carolina) and a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Queen's University (Canada).

David is a corporate director and currently the General Partner of First Call Services LLC, a private holding company and advisory firm. He also serves as the Chief Executive Officer of American Student Transportation Partners, an operator of a transportation services platform that partners with and provides liquidity or growth capital to student transportation operators. David has held a number of senior financial and operating positions with John Labatt Limited, Lawson Mardon Group Inc., and Laidlaw Inc., and was Chief Executive Officer of TransCare Inc., a medical transportation company, and President and Chief Operating Officer of Student Transportation of America, formerly a TSX- listed company. David is a member of the board of directors of Art's Way Manufacturing Company, Inc. (a public Iowa based diversified, international manufacturer and distributor of equipment serving agricultural, research and steel cutting needs), where he serves on the Audit Committee and chairs the Compensation Committee. David has been a Canadian Chartered Accountant since 1978, and holds a BA from the University of Western Ontario and an MBA from the University of Toronto. Harsha Bhojraj is AGI's Vice President, Manufacturing. He joined AGI in 2022 and has direct management responsibility for all of AGI's manufacturing facilities across the globe. Henry Palomino is AGI's Vice President, Global Supply Chain. He joined AGI in 2022 and is accountable for overall material cost performance and associated supplier relationships for the global AGI business. Janet is a corporate director and currently serves on the board of directors of the following companies: GCP Applied Technologies, Inc. Ms. Giesselman previously served on the Board of Directors of Omnova Solutions Inc. (a public Beechwood based global provider of emulsion chemicals and decorative and functional surfaces) until it was acquired by Synthomer plc in April 2020. Ms. Giesselman has over 30 years of U.S. and international agriculture, energy and specialty chemicals industry experience, having led multiple global businesses. From 2001 to 2010, she held numerous senior leadership positions with the Dow Chemical Company including Business Vice President Dow Latex, President and General Manager Dow Oil and Gas and Vice President Dow AgroSciences. Before joining Dow, Ms. Giesselman held various business leadership positions with the Rohm and Haas Company. She holds a B.Sc., Biology from Pennsylvania State University and a Masters in Plant Pathology from the University of Florida.

Jim has more than 20 years of extensive financial and operational experience with a diverse range of organizations. Prior to joining AGI, Jim served as CFO for a number of public and private firms in a variety of industries including his most recent position with Sofina Foods a Canadian food processing Company with reach across Canada.

Justin Paterson is AGI's Vice President, Global Engineering. He joined AGI in 2018 and is responsible for creating and implementing global engineering policies and procedures, monitoring compliance, and ensuring a consistent approach to engineering across AGI. Mr. Paterson has a BSc in Agricultural Science and a BSc in Civil Engineering and is a registered professional engineer and registered professional agrologist.

Kate Glasser is the Executive Vice President, Global Operations. She joined AGI in 2023 and oversees AGI's global business functions including product management, sales execution, manufacturing, supply chain, and engineering. Mac is the retired Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Twin Disc, Incorporated (a publicly held Wisconsin based manufacturer of marine and heavy duty, off-highway power transmission equipment). He has also served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Gehl Company, a manufacturer and distributor of construction and agricultural equipment. In his 11 years with Gehl Company, Mac held a series of senior positions including President since 2003 and culminating with his appointment as Chief Executive Officer in 2009. Mac is also the former President and Chief Executive Officer of Digi-Star Investments LLC, a provider of specialized monitoring and electronic control systems for precision agriculture. Mac serves on the board of directors of FreightCar America, Inc. (a public Illinois based railroad car manufacturing company), where he is a member of the Compensation, Audit, and Nominating and Governance committees. Mac holds a B.S., International Business, from American University and an M.B.A. from the J. L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management-Northwestern University.

Michael has over 30 years of experience transforming organizations through technology innovation, working in executive technology positions in financial services, manufacturing and retail sectors. Michael has had a significant career in IT, with CIO roles at large IT organizations such as Sonnet Insurance and MD Management, where he took on the Chief Transformation Officer role in addition to his CIO responsibilities. Continuing his focus on transformation projects, Michael went on to be the Head of Transformation with Andrew Peller Ltd., one of the largest Canadian owned Wine and Alcohol companies, leading the complete replacement of their core ERP technology. Most recently, he was the Chief Innovation/Transformation Officer with People Corp, the fastest growing benefits insurance company in Canada.

Paul joined AGI in 2019 as EVP, International with responsibility for leading all aspects of AGI's businesses outside of North America. In 2020, Paul was promoted to EVP, Global Operations with expanded responsibility including coverage of AGI's North American businesses. In 2021, Paul was promoted to Chief Operating Officer, providing strategic, organizational, and administrative leadership to the day-to-day operations of AGI's business. Paul was again promoted to President & CEO of AGI in September of 2022.
Prior to AGI, Paul spent 28 years at Air Products and Chemicals, where he progressed through several senior positions, including general management roles with full P&L ownership of businesses in the U.S. and Brazil. In addition, Paul held several global leadership roles focusing on continuous improvement, business development, sales, and engineering.
Paul holds a BSc degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lafayette College, an MBA from Lehigh University, and has completed the Executive Leadership Program at Harvard.

Rajan Aggarwal is a proactive leader with strong business acumen having more than 30 years of vast experience in Agri-business Sector. He holds technical qualifications in Mechanical Engineering and a Master's in Business Administration. Prior to joining AGI, he has worked with large tractor manufacturing organizations like Punjab Tractors, Eicher, Escorts, Case New Holland, FIAT & Deutz-Fahr in the sales and marketing domain. He has in-depth knowledge in agri-business management and has presented paper on farm mechanization at National Agri Science, CII and a few other national forums. HSe is rated amongst top 25 rural marketing managers in India.
Rohit has more than 25 years of business experience in publicly traded international organizations across multiple industries. He is currently Chief Financial Officer of Chemtrade Logistics Income Fund ("Chemtrade"), a TSX-listed diversified industrial chemicals and services company. Rohit joined Chemtrade in 2006 and oversees the Finance, Information Technology, Investor Relations, Corporate Development, and Legal departments. He was previously Chief Financial Officer, Corporate Secretary and Executive Vice President, Operations of Inscape Corporation, a TSX-listed office furniture manufacturer.
