Andy is an experienced and well-respected educator in customer experience and contact centre management who has personally delivered hundreds of programs for Contact Centre staff and managers throughout the APAC, UK and US. He has over 25 years of experience in BPO Management Roles and CX Consulting, 20 of which have been spent in SEA. He has been a lead auditor and trainer for COPC Inc. and is a founding member of the Contact Center Association of Malaysia from whom he is the recipient of a career achievement award for his service to the Malaysian contact centre industry.

With more than 20 years of experience in the Contact Centre industries, Angie leveraged her expertise through operational leadership in achieving and exceeding outsourced business process performance metrics, manages clients' relationships and brings the highest value to clients. Under her guidance, TDCX Singapore has received multiple regional and international industry awards since 2005. She is a certified COPC Coordinator, Vice Chairman for the Contact Center Association of Singapore and a member of Republic Polytechnic School of Hospitality School Advisory Committee 2018 to 2020.

Byron brings 20 years of BPO experience from designing customer access strategies, inbound customer contact, outbound outreach, and all supporting functions of a high-performing contact centre. His expertise in verticals such as telecommunications, banking, insurance, FMCG, technology, and government contact centres make him ideally suited to the responsibility of leading TDCX units in various markets. Byron is a COPC-certified Implementation Leader, CIAC-certified Strategic Leader, as well as a member of the IAOP. He is also one of the very few individuals in the country to be presented with the Career Achievement Award by the CCAM.

Chia Ling is an independent non-executive director on our board of directors. He also serves in the position of Managing Director for the Singapore law practice OC Queen Street LLC, a member firm of Osborne Clark and previously was a partner at Bird & Bird from 2006 to July 2016. Mr. Koh earned his Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of London in 1996 and Master of Laws in Media, Communication and Information Technology from the University of New South Wales in 2000. Mr. Koh also has a Master of Technology in Knowledge Engineering degree from the National University of Singapore, which he earned in 2004.

With over 20 years of experience spanning from compliance auditing, group accounting to corporate finance, he understands the distinct financial needs of a velocity-driven enterprise. Chin oversees the accounting, treasury, internal audit, investor relations and taxation aspects of TDCX units. He also ensures that he guides the company towards profitability and long-term success. A member of the CPA Australia and Chartered Accountant of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) since 1995, he had previously held positions in firms like Lafarge Malaysia, Coopers and Lybrand (now known as PricewaterhouseCoopers) and Interprint Germany.

Edward is responsible for strategic decisions to grow and restructure group businesses as well as establish strategic partnerships, and achieve optimal value creation for the organisation. With more than 15 years of corporate finance experience gained from working in global banks, he has advised many business owners and corporates in various M&A and capital market situations. Since joining TDCX in 2017, Edward has worked very closely with the CEO and C-Suite to enhance ownership structure, create access to funding options, and support expansion plans into new markets. He is a CFA charter holder.

Chee Gay has more than 20 years of experience in HR, manufacturing, IT, and supply chain management. He has held management and board positions at country and regional levels and managed teams in the US, Europe, and Asia. This varied experience has enabled him to reinvent and transform HR outside-in during his career, with a focus on group-level HR transformation, employer branding, digitalisation of HR processes, and operational excellence for sustainable growth. Chee Gay has been named the National HR Leader of the Year as well as HR Professional of the Year. He is also certified in 6 Sigma Black Belt, Lean, Design Thinking, COPC, and ALMI.

Meera is admitted as a Singapore advocate and solicitor and is a member of the Law Society of Singapore, the Singapore Academy of Law, the Association of Corporate Counsel, and the In House Competition Lawyers' Association. Following pupillage in a Singapore law firm, she joined SATS, and then Singapore Airlines Limited. As in-house counsel, she has worked with counsels in over 30 countries on transactional, contentious, regulatory, and criminal matters involving IP, competition/anti-trust, real property, employment, corporations, divestment, powers of attorney, data protection, IT, procurement of goods and services. She was also the company secretary of several subsidiaries of Singapore Airlines Limited.
Michael oversees the organisation's broad marketing initiatives, including branding, digital marketing, digital innovation, and exponential technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, FinTech, IoT, and Blockchain. With more than 16 years of experience in digital strategies, he coordinates business development frameworks which have been deployed locally and internationally to retain and liaise with clients in various industries. As an avid consumer of all things digital and a business-minded technologist, he has successfully developed business strategies in competitive multi-channel environments and implemented custom campaigns locally and regionally for public and private companies, some of which are MNCs.

Sophie has over 15 years of experience in managing Pan-European customer operations that positively impact business results for clients. She achieves this by building great relationships with her clients at all levels while in parallel building and supporting talented operational teams who consistently produce ambitious sales, productivity and quality results. She has worked on behalf of several blue chips and international organisations in various industry sectors. She is also focused on generating good business results through employee engagement and collaboration and has led several teams to win awards in this field. Sophie is a COPC certified practitioner.

With 25 years of experience in BPO and service operations in Europe, North America and Asia, Tony oversees TDCX North Asian's pipeline growth in operations and business strategies to achieve maximum penetration that is consistent with TDCX objectives. During his career, he managed a US$150m revenue business with over 6,000 employees in Hong Kong, China, United States, Philippines, and Panama and grew the business three-fold for 6 years and established large scale BPO facilities in China and the Philippines. He also sold and implemented large scale projects for major brands in consumer electronics, travel and hospitality, and financial services.

Yee Peng is an independent non-executive director on our board of directors. She also serves as a director on the board of directors of Vanguard Health Fund Limited, 1FSS Pte Ltd and Hercules Pte Ltd. Ms. Tan also previously worked at KPMG LLP as a partner where she led the healthcare and biomedical sciences practice and managed an audit portfolio of numerous entities listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (SGX-ST). Ms. Tan also served as an adjunct associate professor at Nanyang Technological University (Nanyang Business School) from 2009 to 2018. Ms. Tan earned her Bachelor of Accountancy degree from Nanyang Technological University in 1995.
