RAGOUSSIS LAB

Our lab is a member of McGill's Integrative and Quantitative Biology Initiative; with a special focus on development and optimization of genomic tools and platforms. Our lab plays a key role in SARS-COV-2 genome sequencing (CanCOGEn) with Dr. Jiannis Ragoussis as the chair of the virus genome sequencing committee.
