We're trading in the always-on fireplace for a custom-built wood-fired pizza oven that cooks Neapolitan-style pizza at 850° in under two minutes. It's still cool, but we're turning up the heat. We mix flour, salt, yeast, heat, and the best locally-sourced ingredients to create Italian-inspired pizzas for the modern tastebud.
