These plans utilize a number of traditional and advanced strategies, including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, generation-skipping transfer tax planning, current and deferred charitable gift planning, planning with life insurance, the formation and operation of private foundations, transfers to grantor-retained annuity trusts, wealth transfer through family partnerships, transactions involving intentionally defective grantor trusts, and similar planning techniques. Representing personal representatives and trustees in estate and trust administration incorporates her significant experience in this area of law.
