Bristol Oak Craft started out as a small collective of woodworkers and saw millers in the 1990s. We made furniture, ran joinery shops, managed woodlands for timber and worked in general construction in the Bristol area. Some of us discovered traditional carpentry and began training and developing our skills to become professional heavy oak framers. 25 years later, with many more contacts in the industry we are still in business helping self-builders and existing property owners develop ideas, design and build frames to make dreams into affordable reality... We are particularly keen to help clients develop ideas into workable plans and designs with estimates and cutting lists. This enables a smooth transition from the drawing board, through manufacture to delivery and assembly onsite.
