We work across the span of harm reduction, prevention, treatment, and recovery to understand and address the impacts of opioid and other substance use. We value racial and class equity, vulnerability, curiosity, with focus on systems change and accountability to those most impacted in our communities... We are working to shift power toward those most impacted by examining and dismantling oppressive structures within our organizations, community, and the consortium itself. We combine evidence-based practices with the lived experience of our most impacted community members to meet the needs of our community, together.
