Charlotte, with a first-class law degree, comes with a background as a Business Manager at a leading European Intellectual Property firm, serving globally recognised clients. Prior to this experience, Charlotte was a fee-earning paralegal managing her own caseload at a top UK law firm. Whilst at University, she was lucky enough to work for a famous boutique London law firm representing the British Royal Family and other well-known clients. Since joining DEC in 2023, she serves the executive team as an assistant to their roles, whilst contributing to diverse business functions and nurturing her interest for intellectual property law.
Contrasting her legal experience, Charlotte has represented England internationally playing football.
Paul joined DEC in April 2023 as an investigator, having worked in the British Police Service for over 30 years, mainly as a Detective working predominantly on homicide, organised crime, historic child abuse and counter terrorism investigations. Paul's roles included advanced interviewing and running investigations as a Senior Investigating Officer. Prior to the Police Service, he worked in the British Army as a Combat Engineer and gained the coveted green beret of the Commandos.
Paul founded Digital Enforcement Concepts which was the culmination of over 30 years of UK military & law enforcement experience to deliver world class services and solutions to clients.
Most of Paul's police career was spent in intelligence, operational & enforcement roles which highlighted the immense value of a proactive, tactical solution to the threat posed by Organised Crime Groups.
Richard is an esteemed law enforcement professional who has added valuable insight to the DEC team for the past 4 years. Having served 35 years in the police force, working in Specialist Crime and Public Protection, conducting investigations and covert surveillance operations, targeting online predators.
Richard then was asked to join the National Crime Agency, the UK Law Enforcement organisation, responsible for dealing with the most serious and organised crime, pursuing criminals who pose the greatest risk to the UK. Richard is now our manager in assuring the quality evidence that our investigators produce.
Satyam is a valuable member of the DEC team, holding the position of Finance Manager. His background includes managing financial matters in high-pressure corporate settings. Prior to joining DEC in 2019, Satyam excelled in the public sector, displaying meticulous financial administration while overseeing council house and water tax registers in India. His proficiency, stemming from both academic and practical experience, underscores his invaluable role within the DEC team, ensuring dependable and conscientious financial management.
Stewart oversees all operational facets at DEC, with a primary focus on Legal, Investigations, and Client Relations. With over two decades of experience as a former Senior Detective, he specialised in managing and investigating a wide range of serious crimes, including Homicide, Kidnap, Extortion, Terrorism, Organized Crime, Drugs, and Serious Sexual Offenses. Now, he applies these well-honed investigative skills to combat and dismantle online counterfeit networks, serving as a strong deterrent against illicit activities.
