Bijoy Ghimire

Founder of THE MILEAGE, Bijoy Ghimire drives the operations of Eripol towards the desired results. Previously he has served RADIO MIRCHI (The Times of India Group), Guwahati Station as its programming head where he was instrumental in ideating several creative initiatives and campaigns. Former Head of the Mass Communication Dept, AIMT, under Dibrugarh University, Bijoy is closely associated with academics as well and is a visiting faculty in the department of Communication and Journalism of Guwahati University and IDOL. Bijoy loves working with the young minds who he believes come up with fresh ideas and unconventional ways.

Dr. Amrit Kumar Upadhyay is the Founder and Director of Purbayon Publication Pvt Ltd. He has published 1000+ books and has immensely contributed on humanities and social sciences through his publications. With the experience accumulated over a decade as an entrepreneur, Dr. Amrit has understood deeply the value of maintaining and strengthening relationships. Starting a career as a journalist with Dainik Janambhumi, Dr. Amrit today visits different academic institutions under Gauhati University as guest lecturer. Awarded with Ph.D from Gauhati University, he has double M.A. on Assamese Literature and Journalism. Dr. Amrit reins the creative approach required for the brand that Eripol Communication builds.

Rekha Khanal

Having successfully making a mark as a film critic, Rekha Khanal has been endowed with an outstanding quality of having sharp observation on the basic foundations on which relationship sustains. A regular contributor on the SUNDAY READING section of The Assam Tribune, Rekha is also the executive editor of THE MILEAGE and an indispensable part of the creative think tank of Eripol Communication. When not in office chores, you will find her gardening and raising butterflies which she believes has helped her witness intently the metamorphosis of life.
