Angela is indispensable. On any given day you will find her manning the front desk, answering the phones, drafting estate documents, or working on Probate Court files. She has been assisting attorneys with Probate matters for almost ten years and is very knowledgeable with both the estate and guardianship/conservatorship processes. Angela has fifteen years litigation experience and specializes in real estate litigation as well. When not working, she spends her time with her family, her husband and two daughters, four dogs, three cats, and two birds. She loves animals!
Angie D. Knight was born in Covington, Georgia and received her Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from Georgia State University in 1998. She obtained her Juris Doctorate from Loyola University, New Orleans, School of Law, in 2005. Knowing that she planned to live and work in the great state of South Carolina, Angie completed her last year of law school at the University of South Carolina, School of Law in Columbia.
In 2009, Angie founded Grand Strand Law Group, LLC and currently acts as the Managing Attorney for the firm and practices in the Myrtle Beach office. She focuses her practice on Real Estate, Estate Planning, Probate, and Business Law. Angie spends her free time reading and spending time with her three pups, Brody, Gypsy, and Judge.
David was born and raised in Pleasant View, South Carolina, a small farming community in Horry County. David grew up tobacco farming, and attended Coastal Carolina University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management in 2011. In 2017, David began his law school career at Charleston School of Law and graduated with a Juris Doctor in December 2019. He is a member of the South Carolina Bar and North Carolina Bar.

Jamie first joined Grand Strand Law Group in November of 2020 as a Real Estate Assistant at our Myrtle Beach location. She is a graduate from Horry Georgetown Technical College with her Associate of Applied Science in Paralegal Studies. A US Navy Veteran, Jamie returned home to Myrtle Beach in 2016 to raise her two children. In her free time you will find her spending time with her family, hunting for shark teeth on the beach, or settling disagreements between her fur babies, Ser Davos Seaworth and Benni the Kitty.
Kim has been with us since September of 2013 and has done everything from receptionist to billing. Currently, when she is not holding down the fort as Office Manager, she acts as our courier to deliver documents to the courthouse on her 2016 Harley Davidson. She doesn't mind the driving at all. Kim is a real people person and will keep everyone laughing. Whenever the opportunity arises she loves taking her trike to the Mountains to get a breath of fresh air.
Lauren moved here from Baltimore, Maryland with her son in 2016. Having worked in the legal field before, she comes to us with some experience. Lauren began working with GSLG February 2022. When she is not working you can usually find her at the trampoline parks (regretting it the day after) or at the waterpark over the summer! She loves making people happy and strives to always do her very best with everything she does.

Lynn Hayes has an Associate Degree in Science, Paralegal Studies, from Horry Georgetown Technical College. She has over five years' experience as a real estate paralegal and over sixteen years experience as a criminal defense / family law paralegal in Horry and Georgetown Counties.
In Lynn's spare time she enjoys going to Charleston, SC to attend The Citadel football games, spending time with her two sons, spoiling her dog Koda, boating with friends and relaxing at the beach.

Malinda is a Pennsylvania native and her love for sun and sand brought her to Myrtle Beach. She joined Grand Strand Law Group in April 2021 as a receptionist in the Myrtle Beach office where she assists with Estate Planning and Probate matters. In addition to working with GSLG, Malinda enjoys spending time with her family and her dogs.

Meaghan Kemp comes to us from St. Mary's County, Maryland. Meaghan graduated from Horry Georgetown Technical College with her Associates Degree in Applied Science Paralegal Studies in 2021, with a passion for Estate Planning. Meaghan came to GSLG in January 2022 and is excited to work in a field she is passionate about, as our Estate Planning and Probate Paralegal for our North Myrtle Beach office. Immediately after graduation Meaghan gave birth to her first child, a baby girl named Riley. When not at work, Meaghan's hobbies consist of league bowling with her fiancé, playing with her daughter, and refereeing her three pups Domino, Zero, and Odin in their daily wrestling matches.
Nicole grew up on a farm in South Carolina and graduated as Salutatorian of her high school. She has her Bachelor's Degree in Biology from Coastal Carolina University. Nicole joined GSLG in November 2021 as a real estate assistant. Her background is in sales and business management. When she's not working you can find her relaxing at the beach or playing with her dog. She also enjoys spending time with her nieces and planting flowers.

Renee graduated with Honors from Georgia Gwinnett College with her Associates of Applied Science in Accounting. She has worked in real estate since 1994 and has seen the transformation of the real estate market and the closing process. Renee has assisted attorneys with drafting and preparation of documents for some of the largest projects on the Grand Strand and with first time homebuyers, ensuring a positive closing experience. Our clients, agents, and lenders absolutely love her. She has learned how to juggle the demanding world of Lenders with the customer service centered world of clients and Agents. She is beloved by buyers ACROSS THE WORLD!

A true local, Shellie was born right here in Horry County. She has been a Real Estate Paralegal since 2014 and joined our Myrtle Beach office in September 2019. She has a quiet and thoughtful way of approaching each closing to give each client, along with their agent and lender detailed updates on each stage of the transaction. She is a graduate from Horry Georgetown Technical College with her Associate of Applied Science in both Accounting (2010) and Paralegal Studies (2016). Shellie has three children; Mackenzie, Brice and Ethan. In her free time she enjoys listening to true crime Podcasts, relaxing on the beach during the summer months, and cuddling on the couch with one (or all) of her 4 cats; Oliver, Charles, Spencer and George.
