Mr. Shaffer has nearly 30 years of experience in Information Technology and Analytics leading teams of IT, Data Science and Business Intelligence. He is the Joseph S. Stern Professor of Practice at the University of Cincinnati. He is one of fourteen people in the world inducted into the Tableau Visionary Hall of Fame (formerly Tableau Zen Master). He is also an author of The Big Book of Dashboards and co-host of the award winning podcast Chart Chat... Providing presentations,training and workshops for data visualization and Tableau, artificial intelligence, and specifically large language models, ranging from keynote presentations to hands-on training...
