TEAM-UP Together is a collective action initiative to create a culture of inclusion, support, and success for Black students in physics and astronomy. Central to that is a bold goal: to double the number of African Americans earning bachelor's degrees in physics and astronomy by 2030... AIP has been a leading voice in the physics community for over 90 years, with a mission to advance, promote, and serve the physical sciences for the benefit of humanity. In preparation for a period of transformation, they reorganized to create an in-house marketing and communication department built on an agency model. Recognizing that they were missing crucial agency experience, I was brought in for my expertise and guidance... The new brand activation campaign for the American Institute of Physics is the culmination of a two-year project to reimagine the AIP and AIP Publishing's identity.
